More than 420 cultural relics that systematically reflect the ancient Silk Road are displayed, including bronze ware of the northern grassland culture, copper galloping horses and honor guards, Han and Tang silk fabrics, Buddhist statues, gold and silverware, Tang Sancai, Yuan Qinghua and other colorful cultural heritage.

Exhibition hall of "Gansu Paleontological Fossils"

Taking the history of life evolution on earth as the main line, a large number of fossil specimens of paleontological organisms found in Gansu are exhibited, including four sub-exhibition halls of the Earth Hall, the Marine Animal Hall, the Dinosaur Hall, and the Yellow River Ancient Elephant Hall. The various paleontological fossils discovered in the Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic periods of the Evolution of Earth and Life and the Geological Period are introduced, as well as their living environment and related knowledge.

"Solemn and Mysterious Appearance - Gansu Buddhist Art Exhibition" exhibition hall

The selection of Buddhist art treasures, with historical evolution as the main line, is divided into six parts, such as The Dharma Dong gradually, shengshi Sanskrit, Hua Luo Human, Calyx Tonghui, dunhuang relics and other six parts, showing the historical trajectory of the spread and development of Buddhism in Longyuan from the Sixteen Kingdoms to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the image concretely shows the overall picture of the development of Buddhist art in Gansu.
