According to VideoCardz, the AMD RX 6500XT will be equipped with an Nvai 24 GPU built in a 6nm process, with a default game frequency of 2610 MHz and a Boost frequency of up to 2815 MHz.

According to the news, the RX 6500 XT will be the latest AMD entry-level graphics card that players can buy, and the RX 6400 will be OEM-exclusive.
In terms of parameters, the RX 6500 XT will be equipped with a full Navi 24 GPU, a 1024 stream processor, 16 light accelerators, and 4GB 16Gbps or 18Gbp GDDR6 video memory. The RX 6400 is also based on a Navi 24 GPU, but only has a 768-stream processor enabled, 12 ray accelerators, and 4GB of 14gbps GDDR6 video memory. In terms of power consumption, the RX 6500 XT is 107W and the RX 6400 is 53W; the former requires 6pin power supply, and the latter does not require independent power supply. Both graphics cards are HDMI+DP connectors.

Zifeng Su, President and CEO of AMD, will host a new product launch on January 4, 2022, highlighting innovations and solutions for AMD Ryzen processors and AMD Radeon graphics cards. The AMD RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT graphics cards are expected to be announced at the launch, and the RX 6500 XT is expected to be available on January 19.
