On New Year's Day 2022, Xuanwu Art Museum at No. 9 Bancang Street, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, ushered in the first high-level art exhibition after completion - Jiangsu Young Artists Association Newcomer Exhibition and Fine Exhibition, which was guided by the Jiangsu Provincial Youth Federation, sponsored by the Jiangsu Young Artists Association and the Xuanwu District Culture and Tourism Bureau, hosted by the Xuanwu Art Museum, organized by the Xuanwu Art Museum, Si Yong, secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Zhang Yingchun, deputy secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and chairman of the Provincial Youth Federation, Min Yifeng, secretary of the Nanjing Xuanwu District Party Committee, and Ma Qianshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Xuanwu District Committee and deputy mayor of the District Zhang Xinglai, vice chairman of Jiangsu Artists Association, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.
Dream of youth, dream of youth! Youth is the most dazzling stage of life, and for artists, it is a precious time full of creativity and imagination. The new era calls on young artists to stand at the head of the tide and shoulder heavy responsibilities with their youthful vigor. The Jiangsu Young Artists Association aims to build a display platform for the young people in the province and decided to launch the "Youth Dream Enjoyment" 2021 annual newcomer exhibition and boutique exhibition.
The "Newcomer Exhibition" is open to non-young artists association members in Jiangsu Province, with a total of nearly 1,000 manuscripts, and after the preliminary selection of various professional committees, more than 400 works have entered the re-evaluation. The Provincial Youth Association invited expert judges to evaluate 220 selected works, of which 100 new talent award works were included in the exhibition. His works include Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, sculpture, comics, art theory and other categories, focusing on the new works of young artists in the province, showing the spiritual outlook, creative techniques and theoretical level of the young generation of artists.
The "Fine Works Exhibition" brings together more than 40 fine works by the presidium, the secretariat and members of various professional committees of the Jiangsu Young Artists Association, paying tribute to the centennial anniversary of the party in the form of art, painting a chapter of the era in which the people in the new era are highly forging ahead, and highlighting the national spirit, era responsibility and artistic thinking of young art workers in the new era. The works focus on the highest level of young artists in the province, showing the spiritual outlook, professionalism and artistic ideals of young masters in the province. The new era needs literature and art, and the new era achieves classics! Acura Party, Acura Motherland, Acura People, and Acura Heroes are the unshirkable responsibilities and sacred missions of literary and art workers in the new era.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Shang Rong, vice chairman and secretary general of the Jiangsu Young Artists Association, Ma Qianshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Xuanwu District Committee and deputy mayor of the district, Zhang Xinglai, vice chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Artists Association, and Zhao Zhen (above), chairman of the Jiangsu Young Artists Association and director of the Jiangsu Provincial Museum of Modern Art. Ren Jialong, secretary of the party leading group and executive vice chairman of the Nanjing Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Xie Shaocheng, vice chairman of the Jiangsu Calligraphers Association and chairman of the Nanjing Calligraphers Association, Shi Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Xuanwu District CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, Gao Jiansheng, executive director of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Xie Senlong, director of the Industrial Department of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and Gao Hongxiao, chairman of the Xuzhou Artists Association, attended the opening ceremony.
