Speaking of the ancient civilizations in the world, only our Chinese civilization has continued to this day. This period of our civilization has never been interrupted and will be passed on in the future. But in the eyes of foreign experts, they do not recognize our five-thousand-year civilization, and even think that our civilization is only three thousand years old.
The attitude of foreign experts to the world is completely different, which can be said to be very double standard. For example, the Maya civilization that we all know, which has disappeared in the Stone Age, has been trumpeted by Western experts to the sky, and the Xia Dynasty, which is recorded in many history books in our country, has become what they call "nothingness".
Foreign experts refuse to believe in history
We have experienced dozens of dynastic changes, and the Xia Dynasty has always been an unsolved mystery in the history of our country, after the profound study of archaeologists, it has been found that in fact, the Xia Dynasty is a real dynasty, which is beyond doubt. If you have read the "Book of Shang" in the Western Zhou Dynasty or the "Bamboo Book Chronicle" in the Warring States Period, or Sima Qian's "History", it is not difficult to find that there are a large number of fragments describing the Xia Dynasty in their books.
But in the eyes of foreign archaeologists, these are empty and have no weight. The fundamental reason why they think so is that we still have no direct archaeological evidence to prove the existence of the Xia Dynasty. In fact, it is not entirely unreasonable for them to think so, after all, the Xia Dynasty was such a long dynasty, it is difficult to believe without direct evidence.
Why do foreign archaeologists recognize the existence of China's Shang Dynasty? That's because there are sets of oracle bones in the Yin Ruins as evidence, and the oracle bones as archaeological results directly prove that the existence of the Shang Dynasty is a fact.
There is no archaeological result of the Xia Dynasty. From another point of view, we conclude that the writing appeared in the Shang Dynasty, and the oracle bones closest to the Xia Dynasty do not directly record the existence of the Xia Dynasty, which makes many experts still do not recognize the fact that the Xia Dynasty existed.
The discovery of a six-thousand-year-old national treasure
On the eighth day of the Lunar New Year in 1979, a cultural relic spanning 6,000 years of history appeared in front of us. When Li Jian'an of Henan Province was shopping for vegetables at the market, he overheard the news from the old man at the village mouth, who said that he had dug up a lot of pottery pieces in the apple field. Later, he went digging with the old man, and finally the two dug out two clay pots of different colors.
Thirteen of these clay pots were excavated, twelve of which had the pattern of a stork stone axe on their faces, and only one of them had no pattern of anything. After digging it out, it has been placed in the old man's home, and later the old man's family is obscure and unwilling to continue to put these things in their own homes.
However, because the archaeological work was relatively unappreciated in that era, and the archaeologists did not have a deep understanding of these artifacts, it was delayed again and again. It was not until 1980 that the newly inaugurated cultural center received more than a dozen pottery jars, and after research and investigation, experts found that these were some funerary tools in the Yangshao culture in the early Neolithic period.
A rare treasure
These clay pots are made of red pottery, and there are black and white paintings on the abdomen of the cylinder surface, and the entire pattern is a white stork, standing proudly. With a very large fish in its mouth, the stork's whole body is painted white, and the edges are outlined by black pigment. On the right side is a large stone axe, the handle of which is wrapped around some threads.
The storks on the group are also very realistic, their eyes are very large, and their bodies are slightly tilted backwards. The eyes of the fish are drawn very small, the body of the fish is stiff and has no intention of resisting, and the shape of the fish and the stork has a strong contrast. These burial tools are said to have been used in the event of the chief's death, meaning that the stork's army led by the chief during his lifetime fought the fish and eventually won the victory.
This cultural relic has now become one of the few cultural relics that cannot be exhibited abroad. Its value cannot be measured in money, because its cylinder surface paintings are also very artistic and scientific. It shows that our ancestors actually mastered the painting method of dots and lines long ago, and at the same time, the entire object and painting also show the spirit of the times and the artistic charm of our nation.

Maybe we lack evidence that the Xia Dynasty existed directly, so they will unanimously deny our five-thousand-year civilization. This cultural relic is the earliest pottery painting we have found so far, and its appearance proves that there was a Yangshao culture in the primitive society, and such a cultural relic has a history of about 6,000 years.
