Grandparents do not have to stay up late at night with their babies, the rules of life, the body is getting healthier, and the parents can concentrate on their work and have fruitful performance.

In the process of raising children, she gradually realized that raising children is to raise the mother's own heart, constantly learn new perspectives and ways of doing things from the children, and become a happy mother who is more and more cheerful in the eyes of colleagues. Gradually, she understood the heartache of seeing young female colleagues forced to be weaned, and the anxiety of separating mothers from their children. Perhaps because of these changes, in 2018 she was elected as the director of the Women's Working Committee of the Dispatch Center, giving her more stage for her service partners.
At the beginning of 2019, by chance, she invited Wang Wannan, the founder and first president of the "Zhuhai Breastfeeding Promotion Association", who is well known through breastfeeding, to hold a parenting exchange meeting at the "Yunnan Power Grid Loving Mommy Hut" to answer the confusion in the whole process of "parenting" management such as parenting preparation, breastfeeding, production mode, postpartum recovery, complementary food addition, parenting confusion, and family support for more than 20 female employees and their families of Dali Power Supply Bureau, sharing scientific parenting experience and methods, and the response was good.

She gave full play to her strengths in the fields of breastfeeding, childcare, insurance allocation, etc., and in 2019, she took the initiative to share authoritative resources such as pregnancy, childcare, and insurance allocation for female employees who gave birth, and provided on-site guidance to some workers and newborns when available. Help female workers who gave birth to achieve pure breast milk or partial breastfeeding, let new mothers enjoy the joy of intimate parenting, reduce the economic burden of families, reduce the probability of infant and young child diseases, and improve the happiness index of female workers.
In 2019, 3 female employees or their families had major illnesses, and she went to visit or call for help at the first time; in order to facilitate female employees to understand the reimbursement channels, the "Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. Employee Medical Assistance Publicity Manual" was sorted out, so that everyone could prepare reimbursement materials and fight for their rights and interests. In May 2020, she conducted a detailed interpretation and popularization of the "Notice on Carrying out the Eighth Phase of Ankang Group Critical Illness Insurance", mobilized employees to apply for health insurance, and transferred family financial risks. The current employee insurance participation rate reached 70%, which is significantly better than the previous insurance rate of less than 50%.
