Medically, this type of physiological eyelid jumping is called "benign idiopathic eyelid spasm", including primary, idiopathic and spontaneous eyelid spasms.

So most eyelid jumps may be due to long-term staring at electronic screens, excessive use of eyes, failure to go to bed in time, excessive nervousness and anxiety, and so on.

If you encounter this kind of eyelid jumping in daily life, it means that you should pay more attention to eye hygiene, regular work and rest, reduce stress, and avoid anxiety.
