After the victim is induced to the service department, the employee is then online chat in the name of the "consultant", and the "consultant" once again improves the recovery rate, etc., to launch the relevant business that the company has not actually carried out and is unable to carry out, such as through the third-party technical department to carry out technical implantation of the customer's WeChat and other dating software that the customer needs to save the object, to understand the relevant dynamics of the rescue object; through the virtual character and the current boyfriend or current girlfriend of the rescue object, seduce the third party, and realize the victim's desire to save the object and break up with the third person or require victims to extend their period of service for various reasons, inducing victims to continue to contract for payment. Among them, defendant Wang xxx and others defrauded more than 300 victims of money totaling more than 2 million yuan through the above methods, and defendant Xiao xxx and others defrauded the victims of more than 1.7 million yuan through the above methods.
