As the core area of Guizhou, China's first national big data comprehensive pilot zone, Guiyang Gui'an not only brings together a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Huawei and Tencent, but also cultivates a number of local digital economy enterprises such as Yi Whale Jet, Manbang Group, and Baishan Cloud.

Gu Fugang, deputy director of the Guiyang Big Data Development Administration, said that in 2021, Guiyang Gui'an will deeply implement the big data strategic action, and the software and information technology service industry will achieve rapid growth, and the (5 million caliber) software business revenue is expected to reach 36 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), accounting for 90% of Guizhou Province, with an average annual growth rate of more than 30% in the past three years.

In 2021, Guiyang Gui'an big data industry investment to achieve a new breakthrough, a total of 153 digital economy enterprises, 87 big data-related signed projects, a total investment of 7.211 billion yuan; big data market players to achieve new upgrades, Medical Duyun, Manbang successfully listed.

In addition, Guiyang Gui'an has also made every effort to promote the "East Counting West Computing" project, accelerated breakthroughs in new digital infrastructure, and was approved to build a national integrated computing network national (Guizhou) hub node, ranking among the eight core nodes of the national computing power network, accelerating the construction of the "South China Data Center Demonstration Base", and expanding the bandwidth of Guiyang Gui'an national Internet backbone direct connection point to 500G, realizing direct connection to 28 cities.

At present, Guiyang Gui'an has 17 data centers under construction and put into operation. Among them, Guian has gathered 7 super-large data centers (Mobile, Unicom, Telecom, Huawei Qixinghu, Huawei High-end Park, Tencent, apple), becoming one of the regions with the largest concentration of super-large data centers in the world. China Construction Bank, Southern Energy Data Center, Jingdong Data Center and other financial institutions, Internet head enterprise data center projects have been signed, and it is expected that the server capacity will reach 4 million units in 2025.
