Li Ming officially served as the general manager of Jiangqi Group

On December 25, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangqi Group") issued the announcement of the 35th resolution of the seventh session of the board of directors, and all the directors of the company carefully reviewed the relevant proposals, deliberated the proposals by registered vote and formed resolutions. Among them, the meeting passed the "Proposal on the Appointment of the General Manager of the Company" by 11 votes in favor, 0 votes against and 0 abstentions, and appointed Mr. Li Ming as the general manager of the company.

According to public information, Li Ming was born in July 1977, a member of the Communist Party of China, a doctoral degree, and a senior engineer. Since joining the company in 1999, he has successively served as the assistant general manager and deputy general manager of the company, during which time he also served as the general manager of the engine branch, the general manager of the passenger car manufacturing company, and the managing director of JAC Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. Li Ming has rich experience in the automotive industry, and in the development process of Jiangqi Group, he has served a number of business sectors and achieved good results.

In 2006, Li Ming served as the deputy general manager of the engine branch, committed to the production of independent engines, and participated in the establishment of the engine brand Green JET, which played a huge role in the development and expansion of the company's independent engines. Since 2009, a total of 10 engines of Jiangqi Group have been awarded the title of "China Heart" Top Ten Engines in the past 10 years.

During Li Ming's tenure as general manager of passenger car manufacturing company, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with NIO automobile to jointly build a world-class manufacturing plant. As the general manager of a passenger car manufacturing company, Li Ming is involved in the construction and manufacturing process of world-class manufacturing plants. The factory has the first high-end all-aluminum body production line in China, which has realized unmanned spraying and stamping, and the overall automation rate of welding has reached 97.5%, reaching the world-class level. At the same time, in the cooperation with Weilai Automobile, Jiangqi Group's own manufacturing process and manufacturing level have also been improved, and it has successfully mastered the manufacturing process and technology of all-aluminum body.

The successful cooperation with NIO in the field of "Internet + Intelligent Manufacturing" has further promoted the deepening cooperation between Jiangqi Group and NIO. The two sides established Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., which will actively innovate and explore new energy vehicle manufacturing, service models, management mechanisms, etc., and build a new ecosystem of "advanced manufacturing + industrial Internet" based on networking, platforming, big data, artificial intelligence, etc. as the technology platform, and further promote the sustainable development of China's green industry and new energy automobile industry.

In the strategic cooperation between Jiangqi Group and Volkswagen, Li Ming also plays an important role as the managing director of the joint venture.
