After more than ten years of editing and sorting, planned by the general director of the Beijing Sanxitang Collection, the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" key book publishing project - "Compilation of Ancient Banknotes of Stone Records" (a total of 12 kinds of 27 letters and 189 volumes), has been published by the National Library Press as a whole. So far, a complete set of standardized versions of the "Stone Record Ancient Banknote Book" (lipid evaluation system) that has great value in version research and collection value-added value, and can be used for reference, has been solemnly presented on the desks of red studies researchers at home and abroad, which is sincerely a grand event in the cultural and red science circles.

"Dream of the Red Chamber" was originally known as a manuscript, but it was only replaced with the widespread and rapid appearance of movable type and engravings, and over the years, banknotes gradually faded out of the reader's field of vision. Until the beginning of the last century, the publication of the "Shanghai Di Pingzi Lithograph QiBen" once again attracted the attention of researchers and enthusiasts of "Dream of the Red Chamber" to the banknotes, and more and more banknotes have been continuously discovered, and the research of "Dream of the Red Chamber" has also emerged into a new situation.

In the study of red science, the version study is the foundation, is the source, the further development of red science research, can not be separated from the sorting and utilization of the early banknotes of the Dream of the Red Chamber, in 1911 there was a measure of the Zhengshu Bureau lithographed "Dream of the Red Chamber" banknotes, undoubtedly created a new era of reading and research of the "Book of Stones". At present, "Dream of the Red Chamber" (Fat Yanzhai Reappraisal of Stone Records) has found twelve kinds of early banknotes, which truly show the original text of Cao Xueqin's "Dream of the Red Chamber" draft, and more than 3,000 comments and criticisms of Fat Yanzhai and others have been scattered in the books, occasionally revealing the author's life, or indicating the intention of writing, or discussing the eighty times after the draft and the author's deletion of the plot, and its literary and artistic criticism itself is also unique, quite sophisticated, and has always been valued by researchers. However, the twelve existing early banknotes are stored in major libraries and other institutions at home and abroad, and they are hidden in the deep collection of rare materials. Among the few banknotes that have been photocopied and published, there are many defects such as derivation and falsification, and the academic community still lacks a complete, accurate, and in line with the original characteristics of early banknotes with few errors and omissions.

Only according to the original simulation photocopy of the original book, the relevant research text is not included, all the predecessors of the broken part of the supplementary copy, approval, side change and sticky article change, etc. are all income as is, not excluded, and all banknotes are not evaluated separately, and the original local preservation shows the style of the original book.
