Wen Yanbo (1006-1097), also spelled Kuanfu, was a native of Jiexiu, Fenzhou (present-day Jiexiu, Shanxi). The style of this post is very similar to Ouyang Inquiry's "Zhang Han Ti" and "Bu Shang Ti", and it can be seen that Wen's calligraphy once taught Ouyang Qing all the way. With the pen loose and even, refreshing and elegant, the wind and bone at the turn, the pen gesture is full, the knot is slightly longer, the upper and lower are loose, and there is a clear trend of left low right high, which inherits the rules of the European body.
The previous three lines are examples. The words "彦", "Bo", "Qi", "Xian" in the first line, "Nei", "Han", "奄", "Nian" in the second line, and "忝" and "Contract" in the third line are all similar to Ouyang Inquiry's penmanship. But looking at other words, it is very similar to Yan Zhenqing's penmanship. For example, the words "get", "smell", "obituary", and "destroy" are solemn and vigorous, graceful and simple, and are undoubtedly infiltrated by the body. It can be seen that Wen Yanbo is a furnace that integrates Ou Yan and forms his own style.
