How can I stay away from lung cancer?
1. Keep away from second-hand smoke
Many people know that smoking is one of the important factors that lead to cancer. However, I do not know that long-term exposure to second-hand smoke will also increase the risk of cancer.
Second-hand smoke contains many particles with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns and other harmful gases, which will be suspended in the air and bring a great burden to the lungs, especially in closed rooms, which are more harmful.

2. Strengthen exercise
