1. Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng

At the 2021 Hydrogen Power Annual Meeting site, Dr. Ouyang Xun, chairman of Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng, said that this year's shipments of more than 1,000 sets of systems, stacks, and parts companies have increased compared with last year, including Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng has also broken through the shipment of thousands of sets of products, which means that the industry has gradually moved from early immaturity to large-scale development.

Since the beginning of this year, Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng has carried out in-depth exploration around logistics application scenarios, from forklifts to cold chain vehicles to heavy truck tractors, all of which have achieved batch matching and landing. For example, the company's stack supporting hydrogen energy heavy trucks were officially put into operation in Tianjin and Hebei, and the supporting hydrogen energy forklifts have been operated in Yanshan Petrochemical in Fangshan, Beijing. 2. Xiongtao Hydrogen Rui

At the 2021 Gaogong Hydrogen Power Annual Conference, Gao Pengran, chief engineer of Xiongtao Hydrogen, revealed: "The fuel cell product development and test cycle is long, and the investment in research and development is large. Taking a product of Xiongtao Hydrogen Rui as an example, from concept design to product development to final industrialization landing, it has gone through more than 80 process nodes, took 2-3 years, and invested about 100 million. The company currently has three stack products, and the investment in related basic research has reached 300 million yuan. ”

At present, Xiongtao Hydrogen Rui has also achieved excellent results: in terms of stack integration, the company adopts advanced integrated MES system robot automatic equipment process, by the central vision system, automatic control stack assembly size tolerance is less than 0.1mm; stack testing, although there is no unified standard for working conditions at this stage, the company will combine the national standard and customer conditions to do strict testing; stack performance, the current volume power density of the company's A series stacks can reach 3.5kW/L, The volumetric power density of the A2 series stacks under development is 4.3 kW/L.

As we all know, the key technologies of fuel cells still need to be continuously iterated, and the industry is generally facing a shortage of talents. In this regard, on the one hand, Xiongtao actively cooperates with universities, universities, universities, and research to occupy the forward-looking technology highland and break the technical bottleneck to promote the high-quality development of the industry; on the other hand, the company attaches great importance to the investment in talent training and continuously injects fresh blood into the fuel cell industry.

3. Guohong hydrogen energy

In the six years since its inception, Guohong Hydrogen Energy has achieved step-by-step growth: promoting the operation of the first commercial hydrogen energy bus demonstration line in China, building the world's largest fuel cell production line, taking the lead in realizing the mass production of low-cost flexible expansion graphite bipolar plates, helping the first batch of fuel cell buses exported abroad, and the domestic market share of vehicle stack products for 4 consecutive years.

In 2021, Guohong Hydrogen Energy is still a leading enterprise with frequent layout actions and strong leadership among domestic fuel cell companies. Up to now, Guohong hydrogen energy products have provided hydrogen power for nearly 5,000 fuel cell vehicles across the country, covering 34 cities in 16 provinces, helping the local government to accelerate the construction of a hydrogen energy industry system and accelerate the era of green development.

This year, the development of domestic hydrogen energy heavy trucks has accelerated. Hydrogen heavy-duty trucks equipped with Guohong fuel cell products have successively achieved demonstration operations in Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong, Shanxi and other places, and the application scenarios cover steel plants, ports, mines, etc. Guohong fuel cell products can still maintain high consistency and stability in different scenarios and different working conditions, and the comprehensive performance is excellent, which is well received by customers.

4. Shenli Technology

Since 2018, more than 1,000 fuel cell vehicles equipped with Shenli Technology stacks have been driving on the road every day in 9 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, with a cumulative mileage of more than 30 million kilometers; at the upcoming 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, more than 400 vehicles equipped with Shenli Technology stacks will be transported by media, athletes, staff, volunteers and fresh food on the Winter Olympics.

From the perspective of shipments, since the batch delivery in 2018, the cumulative shipment volume of Shenli Technology stacks has exceeded 119MW, and it is expected to accumulate to 140MW by the end of the year. In addition to the batch supply in the field of vehicles, Shenli Technology has also worked hard in the fields of fuel cell combined heat and power generation, stationary power generation, construction machinery, and ships, and realized the delivery of related products.

5. Hydrogen Morning Technology

As a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production, sales and overall solution of high-density fuel cell stacks, Hydrogen Chen Technology has always adhered to positive research and development and independent innovation. The company's four high-power stacks based on H2 technology, such as 80kW, 100kW, 120kW and 150kW, have been loaded with 100 units and are currently in good operating condition. The H3 technology developed by the company has achieved a significant improvement in performance, life and reliability in H2 technology, and the single-reactor 230kW high-power stack has completed performance testing.

In October, IDG Capital announced the completion of the A+ round of investment in Hydrogen Morning Technology, which was jointly led by IDG Capital, Lingang Zhizhao, Beijing Jingneng and Free Trade Equity Fund.

6. Qingneng shares

In the past three years, the cumulative shipment volume of Tsingneng Co., Ltd. vehicles has exceeded 80MW, and has been equipped with nearly 800 vehicle systems, which are widely used in fuel cell vehicle demonstration projects such as tractors, dump trucks, buses, box trucks and other fuel cell vehicles in many places across the country and overseas. In addition, the company has also vigorously expanded the application of fuel cells in many fields such as stationary power generation, distributed generation, unmanned aerial vehicles and teaching aids, and has its own representative products based on the segmentation of different fields.

As we all know, fuel cells are moving rapidly in the direction of high power, and the market application has expanded significantly. As a leading enterprise of high-power stacks, since last year, Qingneng Co., Ltd. has equipped fuel cell stacks for the large-scale operation of hydrogen energy heavy trucks in Guangzhou, Baowu and other places. Of the company's vehicle stacks that have shipped, stacks of 150kW and above account for about half.

7. Newly researched hydrogen energy

Xinyan Hydrogen Energy has three subsidiaries, Beijing Xinyan, Dalian Qingyan and Datong Xinyan, focusing on metal plate design and stack research and development, fuel cell system control integration and test bench, and industrial base operation. Profound technology precipitation, perfect process chain, excellent testing capabilities and large-scale production capacity construction have built a strong comprehensive competitive advantage of xinyan hydrogen energy, and thus have been favored by the capital side. This year, the new investors led by Beijing Yizhuang International Investment and Development Co., Ltd. injected capital into the company, which played a strong role in promoting the company's better and faster development.

Since the beginning of this year, the new hydrogen energy technology development has also achieved remarkable results: completed the development of 85kW and 115kW metal plate stacks and their corresponding 70kW and 90kW fuel cell systems, and developed 180kW class fuel cell modules and their corresponding 140kW fuel cell systems using the 90kW double stack structure; single battery homogeneity is good, the power density of the stack is 4.4kW/L, the insulation resistance of the fuel cell module is greatly improved, and the integration of the fuel cell system is improved. The control logic is more perfect.

8. Tianneng hydrogen energy

Tianneng Hydrogen Energy is a subsidiary set up by Tianneng co., Ltd. to promote the research and development and application of hydrogen energy, the company relies on the strong support of the parent company, has achieved breakthroughs in key technologies such as core components and materials, and successfully developed a variety of graphite plate stacks and 100-kilowatt (100~ 150kW) high-power metal plate stacks.

At the application level, 8 buses supporting Tianneng Hydrogen Energy will be demonstrated and operated on the Zhejiang Changxing Dragon Dream Line; the "Liding" series of forklift hydrogen fuel cell systems will be officially released in cooperation with Xuzhou Xugong Special Construction Machinery; a strategic cooperation agreement has been signed with Yadi Technology to jointly promote the commercialization process of hydrogen energy electric bicycles; the self-developed high-performance TNFC-LP2020 model water-cooled stack products have been officially matched with the FCV6-seat version of the sightseeing car of Delam Power after continuous testing and verification. Demonstration operation in Jiaxing base.

9, tomorrow's hydrogen energy

At the product level, tomorrow's hydrogen energy will achieve a batch supply of fuel cell systems such as 30kW, 40kW, 50kW, 60kW, 80kW, etc., and the cumulative installed capacity ranks at the forefront of the industry. At present, the company is adjusting the equipment process, and is expected to launch a 120-140kW fuel cell system in the near future, while realizing the batch supply of products.

At the application level, tomorrow's hydrogen energy will promote Anhui Province to open the first hydrogen energy bus demonstration operation route, and join hands with vehicle companies to release the first batch of 15 hydrogen energy buses; as of November 15 this year, the maximum driving mileage of hydrogen energy buses equipped with tomorrow's hydrogen fuel cell system has exceeded 120,000 kilometers, the average hydrogen consumption is 4.5kg/km, the single-day operating mileage is close to 300 kilometers, and the overall operation of the vehicle is in good condition. So far tomorrow, hydrogen energy will be equipped with more than 200 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, of which this year alone, the number of supporting vehicles will reach 100. At the same time, the company's products have also been widely used in rail transit, distributed generation and other fields.

10. New source power

This year, Xinyuan Power released two new products: one is the fuel cell module HYMOD-150, with a peak output power of up to 150kW; the other is the fuel cell system HYSYS-120, with a rated power of 115kW. The company has also made significant progress in the development and verification of fuel cell core technologies: First, the verification of high-performance low platinum membrane electrodes has been completed, and the power density has been increased to 1.5W/cm @2.6A/cm; the platinum dosage has been reduced to 0.11gPt/kW; second, the metal bipolar plate fuel cell module has successfully achieved -40 °C non-auxiliary low temperature start;Third, the durability of the metal bipolar plate fuel cell stack has exceeded 10,000 hours (according to 10% decay).

From the perspective of market application, at present, Xinyuan power products have loaded more than 1,000 vehicles, fuel cell fleets operate in 11 cities, and the cumulative operation process is more than 15 million kilometers.

11. Aerospace hydrogen energy

The order contract involves the aerospace hydrogen energy fuel cell engine system, which will support 6 road models such as buses, commuters, logistics, sanitation and 2 engineering models such as forklifts in 2022, with a total of 100 vehicles carrying out comprehensive demonstration operations.

In response to customer requirements, aerospace hydrogen energy 80kW and 110kW high-performance liquid-cooled metal bipolar fuel cell system products have passed the third-party inspection and main engine factory test, the unique 5kW cathode closed air-cooled metal bipolar fuel cell system products have excellent performance, and will be in the future in the 3T class forklift and unmanned sweeper truck.
