Ingredients needed:
1 radish
1 scoop of rice wine
2 scoops of light soy sauce
Half a scoop of old soy sauce
Half a scoop of sugar
A piece of incense leaf
A little fennel
Oil to taste
Procedure steps:
Peel the large radishes, cut them into chunks with a hob and pour into a pot.
Add water to equal the radish.
Add 2 scoops of light soy sauce, 1/2 scoop of dark soy sauce, 1/2 scoop of cooking wine, a pinch of fennel and a fragrant leaf and simmer over medium heat.
Add half a spoonful of sugar after the radish is soft, and depending on personal taste, our radishes have a sweet taste on their own
Drain the broth to half and pour in the appropriate amount of cooking oil.
