MiniLED demand is booming, and the scale of Shuttle's revenue is expected to continue to expand

This year, benefiting from the commercialization stage of MiniLED, Shuttle's MiniLED backlight panel and display customers pulled goods to accelerate, the cumulative number of MiniLED sorters (Mapping Sorter) exceeded 12,000 units, and the premium contribution was further increased, and the revenue in the first 11 months reached a new NT$684 million, an increase of 64.04% over the same period last year. It is expected that next year, the brand manufacturers will actively introduce MiniLED products and terminal equipment factories to expand their production capacity, and the scale of LED product revenue next year is expected to be enlarged, and the profit performance will continue to rise.

Suot Technology was established in 2010, with innovative research and development as the main axis of science and technology equipment companies, up to six human strength into research and development, with chip pick and discharge technology (Pick & Place) as the core technology, the exclusive vertical pick and discharge technology is applied to IC semiconductors and LED sorting machines, sorting accuracy and speed is better than the industry, so far has obtained as many as nearly 30 patents, more consolidated in the leading position in sorting equipment.

Suot focuses on technology research and development, with customer needs to develop a small number of diversified customized equipment, and authorized strategic partner Whit Technology to produce its star product MiniLED sorting machine, marketing Chinese mainland, the number of MiniLED sorting machines in the first 11 months of this year was 4,000 units, an increase of more than 3 times over the same period last year, and the total number of machines in the first 11 months exceeded 12,000 units, achieving an overwhelming market share of 80% of the Chinese mainland market.

Under the bet of royalty income, the gross profit margin of Shuttle in the first half of the year increased from 61% last year to 72%, and the shipment of MiniLED backlight boards will continue to grow rapidly in the future, and the gross profit margin will remain at a high level.

In addition, Shuttle's MiniLED display process equipment program, is currently verifying the production yield of a complete program, through the mixing machine to complete the random number of pieces, and then with a huge amount of transfer technology to the module substrate at one time to do the resoldering process, to ensure the flatness of each LED chip on the substrate, and finally the use of automatic repair machine to do the repair action, is a major breakthrough and contribution to production costs and yields, is expected to become the next star product.

Shuttle Technology continues to improve the research and development of advanced semiconductor process equipment, the scale of revenue is also increasing year by year, this year also newly purchased Taiyuan Science and Technology Park plant, is expected to be opened in two years, and continue to recruit outstanding talents, effectively enhance the research and development energy of semiconductor equipment.

At present, with pre-arranged large-volume transfer solid crystal equipment, used in fan-out wafer level package (FOWLP) and fan-out panel level package (FOPLP) and other cost-effective, highly integrated equipment, invested a lot of resources in the development of 3D packaging and Chiplets and other packaging technologies, has been developed for more than 2 years nano-level high-precision solid crystal (Hybrid Bond) equipment, accuracy of ±0.2um, and actively deploy related patents to ensure the integrity of its own technology.
