In ancient Chengdu-Chongqing, there was once a post road trunk line - Dongda Road, which undertook the important transportation task between Chengdu and Chongqing. Outside the north gate of Zizhong County, there is an ancient street originally built during the Yongxi period of the Northern Song Dynasty, which is the only way to go to Chengdu in the north fund of the ancient Chengyu East Road.
On this street, there was a reader named Zhao Kui. His people grew up smart and clever, liked to blow holes, read books at a glance and ten lines, and named the place where they lived and studied "Qiyun Lou". In the twenty-first year of Emperor Gaozong of Song's reign (1151 AD), Zhao Kui participated in the temple examination personally organized by Emperor Gaozong of Song and won the title in one fell swoop. Zhao Kui's writing was elegant and skillful, resembling the great literary hero Su Dongpo, and was known as "Little Dongpo"; Zhao Kui had a strong personality and did not attach himself to qin kui, the traitor who framed Yue Fei, and Emperor Gaozong of Song once praised him as "a protégé of the True Heavenly Son" who "does not attach himself to the magnates, and is also a protégé of the True Heavenly Son."
Later generations named this street "Zhuangyuan Street" in honor of Zhao Kui, the Southern Song Dynasty. In the third year of Ming Jiajing (1523 AD), in order to commemorate Zhao Kui, the ancestral hall was built at the Qiyun Building where he lived and studied. In the seventeenth year of Daoguang (1837 AD), Zizhou Prefecture Mushu Yi re-taught Xingxue, so he rebuilt the Zhuangyuan Ancestral Hall into a academy, and named it "Qiyun Academy" after the "Qiyun Building" where Zhao Kui lived and studied.

Luo Chengjun studied at Yifeng Academy. Gao Peigu paid great attention to cultivating talents, and when he found talented students, he asked famous teachers to focus on training, and Luo Chenghua was one of them. In the twenty-first year of qing guangxu (1895 AD), Luo Chengjun participated in the temple examination and was "designated as the first" and became the first champion and the only champion in Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty. Throughout his life, Luo Chengjun was honest and self-disciplined, devoted himself to education, and was full of praise.
