Jinyu Xinneng set up an industrial base in Anji, Zhejiang Province, and its first flexible semi-automatic production line has a low dew point environment of -70 °C, which can carry out model development and mass production of lithium metal batteries and water-based batteries, with an annual design capacity of 200MWh in the first phase. Focusing on the mass production of high-energy density lithium metal batteries, Jinyu New Energy has formed key processes and equipment such as low-cost lithium-loving electrolytes, high-pressure-resistant solid electrolyte membranes, lithium metal composite materials, and thin lithium anode slitting, lamination, encapsulation, and chemical formation.
