At the beginning of the Japanese army's war of aggression against China, anti-communism and anti-Chiang Kai-shek were their slogans. On December 24, 1937, 10 days after the establishment of the puppet provisional government, the Japanese set up a traitor organization of the "New People's Association" in North China. The meeting was chaired by the head of the puppet North China government, with Kisaburo Ando of Japan as the guidance minister in the future, and a full-time vice president, miao bin and Zhang Yanqing. Its national protocol is held once a year, and the head of the government has to report on its work. The participants of the Council may also criticize or question the government's policy report. This will look like a political party, like a party, like a parliament not a parliament, a bit inexplicable. However, because of it, the North China side always refused to let Wang Ji's Kuomintang organization develop there. Wang Jingwei made many representations to merge the Xinmin Association into the Kuomintang, but this has not yet been realized. Later, Wang Yintai and Chen Gongbo sang to each other and "centralized North China", but they were unable to cancel the New People's Association.
The New People's Association
After the New People's Association was established in the north, during the period of the Restoration Government, Nanjing also set up an organization similar to the New People's Association, called the "Great People's Association", and the person who came forward was a man named Gao Shuo. In 1940, Gao Shuo fell ill and died, Wen Zongyao and Xia Qifeng once competed for the leadership of the association, and due to the support of the japanese advisers of the association, Xia Qifeng became the head of the association. In fact, the meeting had neither the masses nor anything to do, so Wang Fei negotiated with the Japanese side to dissolve the meeting, and according to custom, Xia Qifeng was appointed as a member of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang of Wang Ji. Xia Qifeng was once a correspondent of the Shanghai News in Europe, and after returning to China, he joined the Youth Gang group and was one of the so-called "Renshe" brothers, so he could mix in the rogue organization.
The "Anqing Moral and Righteous Association" was a Qingmen organization set up by the Japanese, and the Ministry of Social Affairs of the traitors also filed a case. His three general managers were Zhang Yinghua (who had been the general director of the Beiyang government), Zhang Deqin (a student studying in Britain, a lawyer in Shanghai, the director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance, and an impostor of the "big" characters in Qingmen), and Chang Yuqing (a Manchu, a Shanghai rogue leader who had engaged in the Zodiac with the support of the Japanese).
Tin Mok Estate
The Hongmen Association is a Hongmen organization created by Ding Mo Estate and Japanese agents. Hongmen was originally a secret association of some outlaws.
