Yichexun recently learned from the official that the Guizhou project of the Ningde era has started construction, with a total investment of about 16 billion yuan, including 5 projects such as new energy batteries, battery materials and battery recycling.
Among them, the Ningde era Guizhou new energy power and energy storage battery production and manufacturing base project held a groundbreaking ceremony in Gui'an New District, the base project site is located in Gui'an New District, Gui'an Avenue Jiaobaima Avenue, the total land area of about 1435 acres, planning and construction of an annual output of 60GWh, of which the first phase of the project land is about 885 acres, the design annual production capacity of 30GWh, the total investment of about 7 billion yuan.
At present, CATL has landed 10 production bases in the global layout, with a total planned production capacity of more than 600GWh.
CATL said that it will take Guiyang as an important base, give full play to the advantages of leading enterprises in the industry, and work with all parties to build a green, low-carbon or even zero-carbon whole industry chain system from upstream phosphate ore mining, phosphorus fluorine chemical battery material production, to lithium battery manufacturing, and extending to downstream applications, until battery recycling.
