First, the drawdown of the troops. A part of the weak revolutionary will who did not want to stay in the army was reduced to 1 regiment of the First Division of the First Army of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army, called the First Regiment of the First Division of the First Army of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army;

Second, the branch is built on the company. Establish Party organizations in the armed forces, so that companies have branches, battalions and regiments have Party committees, and company levels have Party representatives;

Third, it emphasizes the equality of officers and soldiers. It stipulates that officers and commanders do not beat soldiers, that officers and men are treated equally, that soldiers' committees be established, that they participate in the management of the troops, that they assist in political and mass work, and that they supervise the economic expenditure and food management of the troops.

The three-bay reorganization has determined the party's absolute leadership over the army, ensured the proletarian nature of our army, laid the foundation for a new type of people's army politically and organizationally, and is of important milestone significance in the history of army building.

Then, let me tell you that after the "Three Bays Reorganization", who are the regimental-level cadres of the First Regiment of the First Division of the First Army (referred to as the Red First Regiment)?

The above-mentioned three regimental commanders, deputy regimental commanders, and chiefs of staff, including Huang Ziji, commander of a regiment and a battalion, began to lose their revolutionary will in the subsequent difficult battle, and they tried to pull out a battalion of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army and defect to the Dingying Department of the Kuomintang military in a vain attempt to defect to the enemy, but fortunately, Wan Xixian, a party representative of the first battalion, found out and reported to the chairman to avoid the loss of the revolutionary contingent.
