Today teach you how to do "Nine Turns of the Big Intestine"

Raw material: large intestine

Accessories: peppercorns, large ingredients, coriander, ginger, green onion, garlic, salt, flour, pepper, cinnamon powder, sand kernel powder,

Edible oil, pepper oil, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar.

Preparation steps:

1) Cut the green onion into small pieces, slice the ginger, partially chopped, minced garlic, washed and drained parsley and set aside.

2: Scrub the purchased large intestine back and forth with salt, vinegar and flour, and wash it with plenty of water until it smells smelly.

3: Fold the washed large intestine back and forth to five or six layers

4: Put the folded intestines into a pot and add water to boil and blanch, mainly to blanch the dirty things and floating powder inside.

5) Re-add water to the pot, put the large intestine back in, then cook the shallots, ginger slices, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, fish out and cut into small pieces.

6) Put oil in a pan, heat it up and fry it in the large intestine until golden brown.

7) Then leave the right amount of oil at the bottom of the pan, add the minced green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Add broth to the lower large intestine to cover the large intestine (no broth water instead), simmer half of the soup on high heat and reduce the heat, add cinnamon, sand kernel powder, salt and stir well. While cooking, pour the soup on the large intestine with a spoon and let the large intestine absorb the soup.

8) Cook for about 20 minutes, when the soup is viscous, add pepper oil and stir evenly out of the pot, pour the remaining soup on the large intestine, sprinkle with coriander, and serve in the pot.
