The Chang'e series of probes used in China's lunar exploration projects and the Long March series carrier rockets used in their launches were developed by China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., and other subsystems of the project also have the relevant units of the Aerospace Science and Technology Group participating in the development.

"Our Journey" is the first documentary that the China National Space Administration and the Central Radio and Television Corporation spent 4 years to create to show the complete course of China's lunar exploration project in 17 years of "circling, falling and returning", is a documentary masterpiece with international vision, international expression and international standards, and is an excellent work that tells Chinese stories, disseminates space culture and popularizes space knowledge.

The documentary consists of three episodes, each 50 minutes long, which truly presents the development process of China's lunar exploration project in the past 17 years, leaving a tortuous but full historical imprint. This imprint records not only a huge and complicated super project, but also a witness to the rapid growth of China's aerospace industry and the common progress of the Chinese nation.

The film comprehensively, three-dimensionally and vividly interprets the lunar exploration spirit of "chasing dreams, daring to explore, coordinating to tackle tough problems, and cooperating for win-win results", carries forward the spiritual genealogy of Chinese communists, and transmits the spiritual strength on which China's scientific and technological development and progress rely.
