Recently, the 2022 Toyota Avalon (domestic name "Asian Dragon") was officially listed in the US market. The redesign cancels the TRD version of the model and adds a new Nightshade Edition version, with a suggested retail price of $40,600 (about 258,600 yuan) and a service fee of $1,025 to pick up the car.
The Nightshade Edition model features a black sports kit that includes 19-inch blackened wheels, blackened door handles, and rear spoiler. In terms of power, the model still uses a hybrid system of 2.5L naturally aspirated engine and electric motor.
It was previously reported that due to sluggish sales, Toyota Avalon will stop production in the United States after 2022, and its production line will be used to produce Lexus ES models.
