The city has reported a total of 55.77 million doses of covid-19 vaccine vaccinations, with a total of 22.377 million people vaccinated, of which 1.442 million people aged 3-11 and 3.07 million people aged 60 and over have been vaccinated.

At the end of the year, two festivals are approaching. The demand for overseas returns to visit relatives has increased, the flow of domestic personnel has increased, and the emergence of new mutant strains such as Omiclon, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe, and vaccination is the most economical and effective measure for epidemic prevention and control. However, after vaccination, as the time is extended, the level of neutralizing antibodies will decline to a certain extent, increasing the chance of infection with the new crown virus, so it is still necessary to get a booster needle. Strengthening immunization is of great significance for protecting susceptible populations and effectively curbing the spread of the epidemic.
