470 charging piles empower more than 1,400 new energy vehicles

On December 20, the reporter walked into the "Cloud Fast Charging" new energy charging station located at the junction of the second section of Yudai North Road and Banbian Street in Shunqing District, only to see several charging piles lined up in a row, and several new energy vehicles were charging. After the owner parks the vehicle in the parking space, uses the mobile phone to scan the QR code on the charging pile screen, and operates according to the prompts to charge.

"The Half Side Street Charging Station has been in use for more than a year and can accommodate 27 new energy vehicles to charge at the same time." Nanchong Lingyao new energy vehicle industry person in charge of Chen Jie introduced that the charging pile has two modes of fast charging and slow charging, fast charging can be charged to 80% of the vehicle's electricity for about half an hour, and then automatically transferred to slow charging, about half an hour can be fully charged and automatically stop charging.

The Xishan Bus Charging Station, which is not far from the New Energy Charging Station on Banbian Street, is an earlier batch of charging stations built in Shunqing District, which undertakes the charging task of some pure electric buses in Nanchong City, and can charge 62 pure electric buses at the same time. It is understood that Shunqing has 4 bus charging stations, which are located in Xishan Bus Charging Station, Xishan Bus Interchange Station, Mashipu Bus Interchange Station, and Shida Road Bus Interchange Station. Li Bing, head of the equipment technology department of Nanchong Public Transport Co., Ltd., told the author that in early December this year, the company replaced 50 new pure electric buses, and at present, there are 294 pure electric buses in Nanchong.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Shunqing District Development and Reform Bureau, as of now, there are 470 new energy vehicle charging piles in the district, of which 348 are public charging piles and 122 are special charging piles. There are 1402 new energy vehicles, including 113 official vehicles, 7 sanitation, logistics and urban construction, 294 buses, 83 taxis and online ride-hailing vehicles, and 905 private cars.
