According to the policy provisions, before the island-wide customs closure operation, enterprises registered in the Hainan Free Trade Port and have independent legal personality, engaged in transportation and tourism, import ships, vehicles, aircraft and yachts that meet the requirements of the positive list of "zero tariff" for means of transport and yachts, can enjoy "zero tariff".

According to the customs, at present, there are a number of "zero tariff" new models including Toyota Senna, Lexus LM300h and Aston Martin, which have been released through customs clearance at Haikou Port, which belongs to Haikou Customs.
