Time back to June 17, 2021 at 9:22, at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, with the countdown of commander 0, Tang Hongbo, who was riding in the Shenzhou XII spacecraft, held his breath and was about to start his first space journey.
"Ignition!" The rocket took off with an orange-red tail flame. Nie Haisheng and Liu Boming deliberately reserved the "golden viewing seat" closest to the porthole to Tang Hongbo. Having been working for 16 hours in a row, they could not bear to be tired, and they began to arrange without stopping. However, Tang Hongbo, who had just arrived, did not adapt to the space environment as quickly as the two big brothers, and at the beginning he could wander freely like a fish, and when the fresh energy was replaced by the feeling of vertigo, his stomach was nauseated, and he had to stop working and quickly go to the "bedroom" to lie down.
The space station has a rich variety of meals, and researchers have carefully developed more than 120 kinds of foods, divided into 6 categories: main food, side food, instant food, drink, functional food and condiments, and the recipe is rotated once a week. The process adopts flexible and efficient sterilization technology, and the sensory quality of the dish side food is greatly improved, and the variety and delicious taste are tried to achieve rich variety and delicious taste. Referring to the space station's first out-of-cabin activity, Tang Hongbo will never forget. Before leaving the capsule, Tang Hongbo was worried that he would feel afraid in the face of the deep space. But after actually walking out of the cabin, he completely forgot about the tension. After hundreds of hours of out-of-cabin training and wearing the optimized second-generation "Feitian" cabin outerwear, Tang Hongbo was able to perform various operations very skillfully. During the out-of-cabin emergency drill, it only took him more than 10 minutes to "whizz" and quickly climb back into the cabin from the bulkhead, faster than the ground simulation training.

When gravity gradually recovered, Tang Hongbo felt the whole person fall on the seat, and he quickly fastened his seat belt.
After entering the black barrier area, the thrilling moment arrives. The fast-flying spacecraft rubbed violently against the atmosphere, reaching temperatures of up to one or two thousand degrees Celsius, burning the porthole red and feeling like sitting in a fireball inside the spacecraft.
