Since the Eighteenth National Congress, party building has been continuously strengthened, and it is necessary to constantly refresh the understanding of party building and business relations. The key to handling the relationship between party building and business and solving the "two skins" problem is to find the right combination point. The path for news units to promote business development through party building is to find a combination point and realize the deep integration of party building and business.

The media, surnamed the party, must firmly adhere to the Marxist concept of journalism, be journalists who are "politically firm, exquisite in their work, have a fine work style, and are assured by the party and the people," be good at "disseminators of the party's policy propositions, recorders of the times, promoters of social progress, and watchmen of fairness and justice," shoulder the responsibility and obligation of "embodying the party's will, reflecting the party's propositions, safeguarding the authority of the party Central Committee, and safeguarding the unity of the party," and earnestly "love the party, protect the party, and serve the party." The political ideological and theoretical literacy and style of style behind the communicator's foot, eye, brain and pen power will directly determine the thinking, temperature and quality of the work, and reflect the communication, guidance, influence and credibility of news and public opinion.

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party, and news and public opinion work is at the forefront of the ideological struggle. First, adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion. News propaganda is a highly political professional work, and it is also a highly operational political work. The content of media releases involves public opinion orientation and ideology. As far as party building is concerned, the party organization, secretary, and leading body members of the unit must respectively assume the main responsibility of the ideological work responsibility system, the responsibility of the first responsible person, and the double responsibility of one post. Adhering to the correct public opinion guidance and positive reporting as the main propaganda policy is the foundation of professional work, and we must be rigorous in creation and strict control, and we must never deviate from the orientation.

The second is to guard the soil and fulfill its responsibilities. Guarding the news and public opinion position is the basis for media party organizations to implement the responsibility system for ideological work, and it is also the premise for business activities to be carried out. Media units should focus on the main business and handle the relationship between party building and business well, and must earnestly adhere to the party building work and business work required by General Secretary Xi Jinping to "plan together, deploy together, implement together, and inspect together". In addition, the use of new media technologies is an important means of media development, which requires practitioners to perform their duties more actively and innovate. The "Opinions on Strengthening the In-Depth Integration and Development of the Media" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council also stressed again: "It is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Party and make the promotion of the in-depth integration and development of the media an important part of the responsibility system for the implementation of ideological work in the region and in this department and unit." It can be seen that holding the position, expanding the position, and using the position well are inseparable from the deep integration and development of party building and business.

The particularity of the media industry determines that the integration of its party building and business is deeper and broader than other industries, and only the deeper the integration of the two, the newer the means of communication and the higher the efficiency of communication.
