The end of the newly compiled Cantonese opera "The Legend of the White Snake" marks a successful end to the "Shenzhen Famous Opera Masters Exhibition". Five large-scale opera performances took turns to perform, attracting thousands of theater fans to watch live, and the wonderful performances made the fans addicted.

The opening ceremony's large-scale Chinese opera art show "National Color Tianxiang Mei Yun Fragrant" was staged at the Shenzhen Grand Theatre on the evening of October 23, and Ou Kaiming (Cantonese opera), Yang Jun (Huang Mei opera), Weng Guosheng (Jingkun), Wang Zhenyi (Kunqu Opera), Zhang Huan (Peking Opera), Li Xiaoxu (Yue Opera) Six winners of the Chinese drama "Plum Blossom Award" and nearly 100 outstanding opera performers of Zhejiang Jingkun Art Center jointly presented this traditional opera art feast.

On November 6th, the modern Peking Opera "Changing People" (formerly "Peking No War" ) staged at the Nanshan Cultural and Sports Center in Shenzhen was adapted and created by the Shanghai Peking Opera House based on Liu Heping's works, the whole play is magnificent and atmospheric, the epic sense is strong, the stage presents a strong modern rhyme, and it is a masterpiece created by the Shanghai Peking Opera House to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

On December 3, the Kunqu opera "1699 Peach Blossom Fan", performed at the Grand Theater of Shenzhen Nanshan Cultural and Sports Center, was directed by Tian Qinxin, a famous female director of the National Drama Theatre. This performance is one of the key performances of the 9th "Shenzhen Famous Opera Artists Exhibition", and on the night of the performance, in addition to nearly 1,000 audiences, more than 400,000 people watched the live network broadcast. The play has been innovated and developed on the basis of the traditional repertoire "The Legend of the White Snake", with "love" as the main line running through the whole play, and through ingenious and unique artistic techniques, it gives people a youthful, beautiful, romantic and aesthetic artistic enjoyment. The 2021 Shenzhen Opera into School Activity is a large-scale opera exhibition and performance activity jointly sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, and the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau, and hosted by the Shenzhen Theater. Cantonese people have the habit of drinking morning tea, has "Xiqu Morning Tea" been tried? The 3rd "Xiqu Morning Tea", hosted by Shenzhen Luohu District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau and undertaken by Shenzhen Theatre, held 12 public welfare opera appreciation activities in Quyuan (Hall 2) of Shenzhen Theatre from March to November 2021.

Shenzhen Theater invites famous artists and intangible cultural heritage inheritors of various types of drama to carry out activities such as performance by famous opera artists, explanation of opera knowledge, and on-site teaching of opera.
