Liao Hua: During the Three Kingdoms period, Cheng Yaojin, who could not die, was safe and sound in the five major wars

Speaking of Cheng biting gold, almost everyone in China knows it, and there are too many folk legends about him, such as the saying "halfway out of a cheng bite gold". In the "Sui and Tang Dynasty", the fight with Wei Chi Jingde was beaten down by a hammer, and he was unharmed, and since then the name of "Cheng Biting Jin who can't die" has begun to come out, and he later lived for 128 years. Although there is no such exaggeration in history, the plot is not much different, and Cheng Yaojin also lived for 76 years, which was a high lifespan in ancient times.

Although in fact it is not so exaggerated, it is also very exciting, although the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" does not have a biography of Liao Hua, but from the biographies of others, it can be seen that he is an undead person, and the five major wars are safe and sound.

1. Guan Yu's Battle of Xiangfan

Historically, Liao Hua was Guan Yu's main bo as soon as he appeared, indicating that he was very trusted by Guan Yu, and the Romance of the Three Kingdoms recorded, "Liao Hua, ziyuan jian, whose real name is Chun, Xiangyang ren also." It is the main book of the former general Guan Yu. In 219 AD, Guan Yu launched the Battle of Xiangfan, which resulted in a sneak attack by Sun Quan, which led to the defeat of the Battle of Xiangfan, and Guan Yu escaped with more than ten horses and was captured, liao hua was one of them. Liao Hua wanted to flee back to Shu Han, so he pretended to be dead, and the Eastern Wu guards thought he was dead, so they threw him aside, and Liao Hua escaped from Eastern Wu at night.

2. Liu Bei's Battle of Yiling

In 222 AD, in order to avenge Guan Yu and regain Jingzhou, Liu Bei personally led a large army to conquer Eastern Wu, which was the Battle of Yiling in the history of the Three Kingdoms. On the eve of the Eastern Crusade, Liu Bei was very happy to see Liao Hua, who had fled back from Eastern Wu, and appointed him as the Taishou of Yidu Commandery (宜都郡太守) and accompanied the army on the Eastern Expedition. The Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms records that "he will first lead the Eastern Crusade, and meet the return of the Zi." The Lord rejoiced in the first place, so as to become yidu taishou. As a result of the battle, Liu Bei was defeated and fled back to the White Emperor City with only a few people around him, and Liao Hua was one of them.

3. Zhuge Liang's Northern Expedition to the Central Plains

After Liu Bei's death, the State of Shu entered the era of Zhuge Liang, launching five Northern Expeditions in a few years, and Liao incarnated as a minister to join the army, each time with the army, and many times as the vanguard of the army. Although the Romance of the Three Kingdoms portrays Zhuge Liang's Northern Expedition as quite legendary, in fact it is not the case, every Northern Expedition is not smooth, resulting in the final fruitless return, sometimes with heavy losses, but Liao Hua as a pioneer is not only safe and sound, but sometimes also built a battle achievement.

4. Jiang Wei's Northern Expedition to the Central Plains

Although Zhuge Liang died, but the Northern Expedition did not end, Jiang Wei took over the Shu Han army and began the Nine Expeditions to the Central Plains, Liao Hua was still the most trusted vanguard general under Jiang Wei's account. Although the Northern Expedition lost several times and won few victories, Liao Hua was also an elderly veteran, but he was still able to return safely every time. What is even more rare and valuable is that in the Northern Expedition in 248 AD, he defeated Guo Huai, welcomed back the Tribes of Hu Wangzhi Wudai and other tribes, and also pinned down Deng Ai's army, making great contributions to the Northern Expedition.
