However, a serious injury forced him to give up the ring and transform into a coach and referee.
From 2000 to 2004, Sanda King was in full swing, and the media competed for coverage, but eventually the commercial operation failed. "Wulin Feng" is opportune, the initial promotion of martial arts Sanda, Jiang Wei has the honor to become a founding member of the Wulin Style referee team, since its inception, has been the main executive referee on the field, experienced more than half of the professional Sanda competitions of Wulin Feng, and his skillful business and calm style have been widely praised.
Wulin Feng, conceived, grown and developed from the Central Plains, has a rich cultural heritage and rich martial arts resources, so that "Wulin Feng" has a good foundation for spreading local culture. On January 21, 2005, Wulinfeng launched the "First Chinese Folk Kung Fu" Huang Heqing, and on February 26, 2005, the 10,000-person "People's Stage" audition was held in Greentown Square. Jiang Wei always believes that heroes do not ask the source, it is "Wulin Wind" that provides a platform for martial arts fighting enthusiasts around the world to show themselves, shapes a group of highly infectious martial artists, and greatly enriches and promotes the development of competitive sports. On February 10, 2007, the 2006 year-end finals were held at the Henan Provincial Gymnasium, and the heroic idol Wang Hongxiang created by "Wulin Wind" resonated strongly with the whole society, and the peak duel between Wang Hongxiang and Jin Hongyu was decided by Jiang Wei.
With the improvement of the audience's appreciation level and the enhancement of the ability of the players participating in "Wulin Feng", the sanda form is not fierce enough due to the restrictions of the rules, and the TV presentation is less ornamental. There are no rules, no squares, and rule reform is gradually put on the agenda.
At Jiang Wei's suggestion, Wulin Feng studied and improved the rules, and since then, the point reduction system has become the core of the wulin style rules, and has gradually become the mainstream rule of domestic competitions.
In August 2009, WulinFeng entered the United States for the first time, decisively fought in Las Vegas, Jiang Wei communicated with his American counterparts through translation, and sought the law enforcement standards that Chinese and foreign players were adapted to, and his performance was affirmed and recognized by the WBC Association, and a qualification certificate was issued, becoming the first referee in the history of "WulinFeng" to receive this honor.
A series of revolutionary changes have made Jiang Wei realize that "Wulin Feng" has unlimited upward potential, and only by continuously learning and exploring can we keep up with the pace of "Wulin Feng"! At the same time as becoming an excellent referee, Jiang Wei's coaching work is also very outstanding, and he has trained hundreds of national and provincial champions in Sanda and Taekwondo, the most famous of which is the "Mighty Young Hero" Zhang Kaiyin.
With the increasing need to compete with high-level foreign players, "Wulin Feng" must cultivate free-form fighters. In 2009, Jiang Wei founded the Tuman Fighting Club, cooperated with "Wulin Feng", continuously introduced foreign training methods and experience, and became an example of a modern fighting club in China, many "Wulin Feng" fighting stars have started here, Yilong, Li Ning, Hong Guang, Guo Qiang, Tie Yinghua, Jixiang, etc., have sent a large number of reserve talents to WulinFeng.

On January 23, 2021, the Hengqin Top of the World Wulin Feng 2021 Global Kung Fu Festival entered Macao for the first time, and the Hengqin Top Of The Wushu Fighting Series, hosted by the Greater Bay Area Wushu Cultural Association, has become one of the most influential high-end event brands in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Previously, the opening match on January 2, 2019, the Sino-US confrontation on April 27, the Visit to Manila, Philippines on October 23, and the Top of Hengqin WulinFeng Global Kung Fu Festival VIII on January 11, 2020 were all great successes.
