Recently, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to establish a new company by integrating two subsidiaries, Autech Japan (Autech) and Nissan Motor Sports International (NISMO). The new company will be established on April 1, 2022.

The integration aims to better leverage Autech's expertise in developing and manufacturing custom cars on a global scale, as well as the brand power that NISMO has built through motorsport. As an important strategic subsidiary, the new company is expected to contribute to Nissan's sustainable growth. Nissan's goal is to offer a variety of exciting cars, provide experiences that better connect people and society, and expand the possibilities of mobility.
