Lvliang, 17 Dec (Xinhua) -- On 17 December, a reporter learned from the rescue site of the "12.15" water permeability accident caused by the theft of coal resources in Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province, that there are still people living underground.

At about 23:00 on December 15, 2021, a case of illegal coal resources occurred in Duxigou Village, Xixinzhuang Town, Xiaoyi City, Lüliang City, Shanxi Province, causing people to be trapped due to water permeability. (End)
