Jiwei Network News, on December 17, at the first Dishui lake China RISC-V industry forum, Wang Bin, MCU product manager of Xinsheng Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the company's CM32M43xR series products, which are China Mobile's first RISC-V low-power and large-capacity MCU chips.

According to Wang Bin, Xinsheng Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary funded by China Mobile Group China Mobile Internet of Things Co., Ltd., focusing on the localization of Internet of Things chips and is committed to becoming the "most innovative Internet of Things chip and application leader".

Wang Bin pointed out that in the era of Internet of Everything, the combination of communication chips and MCU chips is getting closer and closer, and Xinsheng Technology will rely on China Mobile's resource endowments in the market, brand, channels, etc., to create an overall solution for the Internet of Things of "communication chips + MCU chips + security chips" to provide high-quality products and services for industry applications.

At this forum, the CM32M43xR series mixed-signal MCU brought by Sinon Technology is China Mobile's first MCU chip based on RISC-V core, which is built using a 40nm process, with a main frequency of up to 144MHz and a built-in 512KB Flash.

According to Wang Bin, the CM32M43xR series mixed-signal MCUs use the Corei N308 core, integrate the FPU, and support DSP instructions and ECC hardware functions.
