The verdict shows that Gu Fang was born in 1955, Han ethnicity, illiterate, and his household registration is located in Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province.
After trial, it was ascertained that the defendant Gu Fang and the victim Gan Quan were husband and wife, and the two had three children together, and Gan Quan had been drinking for many years, and often beat and scolded Gu Fang after drinking heavily. At about 1:00 a.m. on June 5, 2021, because the victim Gan Quan's behavior was out of control after getting drunk, Gu Fang entrusted his son to call the police, and the Xiuwen County public security organ sent police to admonish and appease Gan Quan.
On the morning of the same day, the victim Gan Quan continued to drink alcohol and insulted the defendant Gu Fang after getting up, and Gu Fang had the idea of killing Gan Quan to vent his anger in anger.
