Since 2021, planned and designed by the Xiaojie Village Committee, the Yuxi Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has provided technical and financial support to set up a pipeline of more than 2,000 meters in the Mountain God Hall, and the water from the multi-slope reservoir across the mountain has been introduced up the mountain, and through the introduction of planting subjects and the development of characteristic industries, the old wasteland that was unloved in the past has awakened from its slumber and become a hundred acres of tobacco fields full of vitality today.

Wang Xiaobing is one of the large flue-cured tobacco growers introduced by Xiaojie Village this time, while busy in the field, he said happily: "Although the water conservancy conditions of the field tobacco planted before are good, due to the inability to rotate crops, there are too many diseases and insect pests, and now the water pipe of the Mountain God Hall is open, the small water cellar is full, although it has not been planted for more than twenty years, but this year's tobacco has grown well and the income is also very impressive." ”

While doing a good job in water conservancy infrastructure and land circulation, the Xiaojie Village Committee has also made great efforts in service. Xiaojie Village Committee also took Wang Xiaobing's land as a demonstration point for the management of flue-cured tobacco in the whole village this year, "Our village began to explore the circulation of mountains this year, leasing the Shanshentang area to tobacco farmers at a low price, and at the same time giving certain subsidies per mu, in addition to the water pipe, we also moved the idle baking houses in other villages, the circuit was erected, and it was convenient to bake nearby," Wang Jianfu, secretary of the Xiaojie Village Committee, introduced, "There are too few fields in our village, but there are many mountains like the Mountain God Hall, and this year we have made achievements in the Mountain God Hall. Later, you can try to circulate other mountains. ”。

Village committee cadres, tobacco company employees and flue-cured tobacco technicians will provide technical guidance throughout the entire flue-cured tobacco production process to ensure that the tobacco leaves grow well, and the tobacco station has also set up a professional baking team to reduce baking losses. Flue-cured tobacco growers like Wang Xiaobing not only enjoy government policy subsidies, but also conduct pre-inspection of households during the acquisition period, guide the fine grading of tobacco leaves, optimize the structure of tobacco grades, improve the purity of tobacco leaves, and increase the income of farmers; open green channels when selling, shorten the queue time for delivery. Wang Dongliu, a flue-cured tobacco technician in the Shan shentang area and a local in Xiaojie Village, said: "My family planted more than 40 acres of tobacco this year, and the smoke planted together is not as good as Wang Xiaobing's, this year is no chance, next year I also want to come to the Mountain God Hall to pack a piece of planting." ”
