Xi'an will cover all nucleic acid testing

The reporter learned from the 27th press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Xi'an that from 15:00 on December 15, 2021 to 15:00 on December 16, 2021, 4 new locally confirmed cases and 1 asymptomatic infected person in Xi'an have been transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation and diagnosis and treatment. Since December 9, Xi'an has found a total of 10 locally confirmed cases, including 6 mild cases and 4 ordinary cases, and 1 asymptomatic infected person.

Xi'an stepped up the development of nucleic acid testing, to ensure that the full coverage of nucleic acid testing for all staff, so that there is no omission, a daily inspection of personnel in the closed area, door-to-door service, single single inspection, fast results, to achieve "early detection, early reporting, early isolation, early diagnosis and treatment".

As of 13:00 on the 16th, the city has tracked and controlled 775 people (622 people had negative nucleic acid tests) and 2,096 people (1729 people had negative nucleic acid tests); the rest are being tested. Yanta District of Xi'an City has implemented isolation and control of 1091 people in class B and 1049 people in class C. At the same time, 22 hotels (3651 rooms) have been reserved, 12 (1995 rooms) have been opened, and 10 hotel classes are equipped to be ready to be activated at any time. At present, the Eighth Municipal Hospital and Family Hospital, the Headquarters and Family Hospital of Chang'an University, and the Chang'an North District of Zi County are subject to point-to-point regional grading and classification control. The specific measures are to implement closed management, stay at home, and provide door-to-door services for the building where the case is located; to implement the implementation of people not leaving the area and strictly prohibit gathering in the control area; and at the same time, the case trajectory involves all risk points to be sealed, managed, sampled and killed. Yanta District set up 263 points to mobilize medical and community workers in the district to participate in the expansion of nucleic acid testing. At present, 895256 people have been sampled, and the nucleic acid results of 348403 people have been reported, all of which are negative.

In the next step, Xi'an will deeply trace the source of circulation, provincial and municipal three-level linkage, increase the intensity of nucleic acid detection and screening of key populations in risk areas, and find out potential risk personnel and control them firmly. Strictly organize nucleic acid testing, scientifically determine the scope of nucleic acid testing according to the risk analysis and judgment, continue to optimize the testing process, improve sampling efficiency, and reduce the waiting time of citizens. At the same time, strengthen social control and control, strengthen grass-roots epidemic prevention and control forces, strictly implement various epidemic prevention measures such as "wearing masks + bright codes + measuring body temperature", strictly control the number and scale of conference activities, and try not to hold large-scale personnel gathering activities.
