On the morning of December 15th, the establishment and unveiling ceremony of the School of Home Economics of Caofeidian Vocational and Technical College was held in rituolou. The establishment of the Home Economics College is to further deepen the "frontrunner" action of improving the quality and expansion of the domestic service industry, promote the branding and standardized development of the domestic service industry, and enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security, recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education and other 15 departments jointly issued the "Three-year Implementation Plan for Deepening and Promoting the Quality Improvement and Expansion of the Domestic Service Industry "Leader" Action (2021-2023)". The "Implementation Plan" requires that by 2023, each "front-runner" city will cultivate more than 3 branded employee-based domestic enterprises, the service coverage rate of community domestic service outlets will reach more than 90%, and 10% of domestic workers will have received education related to home economics.
At the scene, Wang Yanting, executive vice president of Caofeidian Vocational and Technical College, signed an on-site contract with Tangshan Rehabilitation Education Center, Tangshan Shoujia Pension Group, Tangshan Holistic Health Association, Tangshan Lunan District Zhongqiang Vocational Training School, Xiangyun (Beijing) Health Technology Co., Ltd., and Happy Cradle Preschool Education Group on behalf of the Home Economics College, jointly creating a new model of home economics education system training, laying a good foundation for the improvement and expansion of the domestic service industry and the demonstration of school-enterprise cooperation. Contribute to Tangshan's "frontrunner" brand of improving the quality and expansion of the domestic service industry, and train and deliver more high-quality and practical domestic industry management and service talents for the local and even Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The establishment of the School of Home Economics of Caofeidian Vocational and Technical College is not only conducive to promoting the development of the domestic service industry in Caofeidian District to specialization, professionalization and high-end, but also realizes the transformation of vocational education courses from classroom teaching as the center to the mode of practical training teaching as the main body, and strives to build a provincial training base of "Cao Vocational Home Economics" that integrates teaching, training and appraisal, and cultivates professional, international, standardized and professional high-quality domestic service skills talents for the integrated construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. At the same time, relying on the existing professional advantages, keeping up with social needs, innovating the school-running model, and adopting the "dual system (work-study alternation) + dual certificate system (academic qualification + skills)" training mechanism of "combining engineering and learning, combining academic education and skills training", and carrying out the training of domestic service talents. It has laid a solid foundation for the multi-channel training of domestic servants, health managers, elderly care workers, baby nurses, nutritionists and other skills, filled the gap of highly educated professionals in the domestic service industry in Hebei Province, and built a development platform for the internship and employment of domestic service students, which is of great significance to improving the overall level of the domestic service industry in our province.
It is understood that Caofeidian Vocational and Technical College firmly grasps the development positioning of "basing on Caofeidian, serving the new Tangshan, integrating into Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and moving towards internationalization", actively serves the national Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, continuously innovates the school-running model, deepens the integration of industry and education, and improves the quality of school-running. In just four years, it has developed into a comprehensive vocational college with nearly 20,000 students. The school opens 63 majors for national enrollment, covering nursing health, mechanical and electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, management services, sports, art and other directions. The school is the "Provincial Training Base for Elderly Care Workers", "Tangshan High-skilled Talent Training Base", "Tangshan Veterans Training Base" and "The First Batch of Social Evaluation Organizations in Hebei Province", and carries out various types of training nearly 10,000 times a year.
