Yang Awu has a meek personality from childhood, and he knows how to be reasonable, and Yang Jian and his wife are very fond of her, and it is estimated that it is precisely for this reason that they have developed their stubborn and stubborn temper, making her the first place in the list of Sui Martyrs, resulting in a tragic life.

The history books do not record when Yang Awu was born, but the Sui Shu Lienu Biography records that she was thirty-two years old at the time of her death, and it is not difficult to calculate that she was born around 573 AD. This year was the second year of Emperor Wude of the Northern Zhou Dynasty, Yang Jian was thirty-three years old, and yang Lihua, the eldest sister of Yang Awu, married the crown prince Yuwen Yun, and Yang Jian became a relative of the emperor and a high position of power in the dynasty.

However, Yang Jian was often attacked by political enemies because of his appearance as an emperor, making him live a life full of suspicion and hidden self-preservation. However, this kind of life did not last long, and Emperor Wu of Northern Zhou died suddenly, and the crown prince Yuwen Yun took the throne. Yang Ahwu's eldest brother-in-law was a famous bastard emperor in history, and after he took the throne, he was cruel and unkind and absurd, and he played a good hand left by his father. After two years on the throne, he fell ill and died, and his son Emperor Jing of Zhou, who was only eight years old, took the throne.

Faced with the situation of the lord and the country, Yang Jian entered the auxiliary government of the dynasty and was ready to usurp the throne, but Northern Zhou also had its strong supporters of interests, and Yang Jian's auxiliary government soon broke out into a three-way rebellion. Because Yang Jian was fully prepared and well dispatched, he could quell the riot in three months. After that, he successfully ascended the throne and established the Great Sui. The Northern Zhou dynasty minister Wang Yi made great contributions to this suppression of the chaos, and was also Yang Jian's Taixue classmate, so Yang Jian was quite important, and he also wanted to win Wang Yi over, so he married him. In the first year of the kai emperor (581), Yang Jian made Yang Awu a princess of Lanling and married Wang Yi's son Wang Fengxiao. This was Yang Awu's first marriage.

At this time, Yang Awu was only nine years old, a purely political marriage. However, the good times were not long, and the horse master unfortunately died prematurely, and the little Yang Ah Wu had to keep filial piety for her husband for three years, and Gong Gong Wang Yi saw that she was too young and really could not bear to let her be widowed, so he played Yang Jian, and wanted to remove Ah Wu and send him back to his mother's house in order to remarry. Yang Jian looked at his poor daughter and took her back.

When Yang Ah Wu returned home, the whole family felt that Ah Wu was widowed and very pitiful. Her second brother, Yang Guang, the King of Jin, wanted to introduce him to a family affair and marry his brother-in-law Xiao Wei of Western Liang to Ah Wu, who was the crown prince of Southern Liang Zhaoming, with noble blood and an ideal family affair, but due to the battle to destroy Chen, Western Liang fell to the country, and the matter was abandoned.

Yang Jian watched his daughter grow up day by day, and his heart was very compassionate, so he wanted to find a Ruyi Langjun for the little girl among the ministers of the imperial court. Liu Shu then entered Yang Jian's sight, Liu Shu was born in Hedong Liu Clan, is the leading rich family, his father Liu Ji is also Yang Jian's confidant minister, and Liu Shu is handsome in appearance, smart and witty, literary and martial arts, Yang Jian is quite satisfied. He was immediately promoted to Kaifu Yi Tongsan Division, Neishi Shilang, and rationed Lanling Princess Yang AWuxu, and a year later he was promoted to Bingbu Shangshu.

After marrying into the Liu family, Yang Awu did not put the princess shelf at all, playing the temper of the young lady, because she was gentle and knowledgeable since she was a child, so in life Ah Wu was humble and obedient, and whenever her in-laws were sick, Ah Wu personally served and took medicine, and after this excellent quality of abiding by the women's way reached the ears of Yang Jian and his wife, Yang Jian was very proud of his daughter's performance, and he also became more and more fond of Liu Shu and promoted to the official Shangshu.

However, although Liu Shu's heroism was extraordinary, he was young and vigorous, but he was too upright, and he did not pay attention to Yang Su, the first assistant of the dynasty, in the favor of Yang Jian. In fact, offending Yang Su is not a big deal, and Liu Shu's biggest mistake is to side with Prince Yang Yong.

In his later years, Yang Jian abolished Yang Yong and made Yang Guang crown prince, after which he had no intention of government affairs and often lived in Renshou Palace to enjoy his old age, Liu Shu was one of the few ministers who could talk to Yang Jian at this time, and he said a lot of good things for Yang Yong. Especially at the time of Yang Jian's death, Yang Guang launched the change of Renshou Palace, and whether there was a steamed mother and father has become a historical public case, but it is certain that Liu Shu is one of the few insiders.

Can such a person Yang Guang allow him to exist! Not long after succeeding to the throne, he found an excuse to send him to Lingnan and let his sister Yang Awu divorce him. But Yang Ah Wu was forced to die, never divorced, and wanted to go to Lingnan with Liu Shu, Yang Guang was very angry and said to Ah Wu: "Isn't there a better man in the world than Liu Shu?" Yang Awu said, "Emperor Xian told me to Liu Shu, and today Liu Shu was convicted, and I sat down with myself and did not ask His Majesty for extrajudicial grace." Yang Guang also had a problem with his sister, and the holy decree did not allow her to go, Yang Ah Wu was sad and indignant, and soon died of melancholy, and before dying, he asked for a joint burial with Liu Shu after death.

After Yang Awu's death, Yang Guang did not cry, and the funeral funds were very thin, and the entire government and the public were hurt by it. The reason why Yang Guang treated his little sister in this way, I think it is not just because of Liu Shu's matter, it should be that Yang Awu also sided with the eldest brother Yang Yong in the process of Yang Guang's conquest.
