The 54-year-old former entertainer Wong Kai Wai (formerly known as Wang Hexi) and former representative of the Hong Kong Olympics windsurfing was fined $4,000 for pleading guilty to one offence of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of tubes suitable for and intended for use as dangerous drugs at the Eastern Magistrates' Court.
