Two shepherd dogs, Pip and Tilly, were reportedly able to drive the lively flock of turkeys back in 45 minutes. During the day, flocks of turkeys are allowed to roam the woodlands and meadows, and as night falls, Pip and Tilly guide more than 10,000 turkeys into a large barn under the close surveillance of their masters. Childhouse said they were a little scared at first when he started herding turkeys with Pip and Tilly. But after a week or two, they start to know what they need to do. While the two shepherds could control the turkey herd most of the time, sometimes the turkeys would join forces to attack Pip and Tilly, and Childhouse had to watch them.
