Later, Fu Kang'an made great achievements in many wars such as pacifying Jinchuan, Lin Shuangwen Uprising, Miaojiang Incident, and Gurkha Rebellion, and was awarded the title of First Class Jia Yong Zhongrui Duke, and successively served as General of Jilin Province, General Shengjing, Governor of Yungui, Governor of Sichuan, Governor of Fujian and Zhejiang, Governor of Liangguang, And Wu Yingdian University Scholar and Minister of Military Aircraft.
In the spring of the sixtieth year of Qianlong (1795), Fukang An made meritorious contributions to the suppression of MiaoJiang, and was awarded the title of a shell by the Qianlong Emperor.
At that time, the title of "Beizi" was only qualified to be possessed by clan members, and Fu Kang'an was the only non-clan member who received the title of Bei Viscount, which showed the special grace and respect of the Qianlong Emperor.

Fukang'an, these sedans, plus some retinues, ran on the road, sometimes disturbing the people.
A certain county commander who had reprimanded Fu Kang'an for this reason was impeached and deposed.
The "Qixia Pavilion Wild Ride" records that Fukang'an was deeply favored by the Qianlong Emperor because of his outstanding military achievements, and for a time he was arrogant, and his slaves were also very arrogant, and the prefectures and counties he traveled through repeatedly asked for bribes from local officials, often causing trouble and disturbing the people.
