However, among these emperors, if the most special person is none other than Wu Zetian, she is the only female emperor in Chinese history, which can be called a flock of chickens, a little red in the flowers.
Wu Zetian was born prominently, his father Wu Shiyan was originally just a businessman, but he had a forward-looking vision, Li Yuan started from Taiyuan, and Wu Shiyan resolutely supported Li Yuan and provided him with abundant grain and grass supplies. Li Yuan claimed to be empress dowager, and did not forget the merits of the samurai, appointed him as the Shangshu of the Ministry of Works, and was crowned the Duke of Yingguo. Ancients Cloud: Evil comes out of the mouth! Wu Zetian's words surprised the ministers next to him, and Emperor Taizong praised her for being a boy, but in his heart he was jealous and wary, and gradually alienated her from then on. According to the harem practice of the Tang Dynasty, any concubine who did not give birth to a son and a half daughter would be sent to the temple to cut her hair as a nun after the emperor's death, and after the death of Tang Taizong, Wu Zetian had no choice but to obey the arrangement and become a nun of the Ganye Temple.
The same fate, different states of mind, when other concubines bowed to reality, at ease to eat and pray to the Buddha, and no longer had other fantasies, Wu Zetian did not give up. She was waiting for the arrival of a person who would take her away from the Ganye Temple and regain her favor, and this person was the new emperor Li Zhi. "Zhu" originally meant red, "Bi" originally meant green, Wu Zetian actually regarded red as green, not caused by myopia, nor red-green blindness, the essential reason is due to excessive thoughts about the people in mind, so that the soul is not guarded, in short, she suffered from lovesickness.
The second sentence, "Haggard and fragmented for the memory of the king", single knife straight into, without the slightest drag of mud and water, said the reason for the haggard heartache. "Jun" refers to Emperor Gaozong of Tang and Li Zhi. Wu Zetian was four years older than Li Zhi, and after Li Zhi was made crown prince, Wu Zetian suddenly fell in love with the young and handsome him, and Li Zhi also fell in love with Wu Zetian, but the two did not dare to cross the thunder pool, so they had to bury this love deep in their hearts.
The last two sentences, "I don't believe in tears, open the box to check the pomegranate skirt", which is very direct, telling Li Zhi the pain of lovesickness. Countless days and nights, Wu Zetian shed tears alone, at this time, she was not coveting the glory and wealth of the past, but simply missed Li Zhi, dreaming of meeting him. Worried that Li Zhi would not believe it, he clearly wrote: "The pomegranate skirt you gave me is covered with tear marks from my thinking of you, take a good look at the pomegranate skirt, you will understand my love for you." ”
Li Zhi inherited the throne, and his identity changed from prince to emperor, and the harem was beautiful for three thousand, but he was not a person of thin affection, and still loved Wu Zetian. Later, Li Zhi went to the Ganye Temple to offer incense, and after four years, he saw his former lover Wu Zetian again, and little by little, he gushed into his heart, especially after reading this poem written by Wu Zetian to him, it was difficult to get excited, and he ordered Wu Zetian to return to the customs, and accepted her as a concubine and named her Zhaoyi.
The poem "Ruyi Niang" spread, "look at Zhu Chengbi" has also become an idiom, Mengjiao, Xin Qiyi and other Tang and Song Dynasty literati, have used and imitated this poem, for example, Xin Shuyi once wrote: "Leaning on the railing to see Bi Chengzhu, waiting for idle to fade the incense robe powder." It is said that Li Bai created the poem "Sauvignon Blanc", and his wife smiled and said: "Jun does not hear the poetry of Wu Hou?
