Qufu has built a historical and cultural heritage group around the large ruins, comprehensively improved the urban environment in the area around the ancient city of Luguo, and effectively promoted the balanced development of local social economy.
In the face of the new situation, new challenges and new opportunities, the Qufu Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics will further give play to the leading role of the Luguo Ancient City National Archaeological Site Project, prepare for the construction of the Luguo Ancient City Ruins Museum, and build it into a platform for introducing and displaying the history of Luguo and the cultural relics unearthed in luguo ancient city, and carrying out cultural heritage knowledge popularization and education and Lu culture learning and exchange.
