Nandu reporter learned from the State Administration of Market Supervision that the 16 national standards released this time are equivalent to or modified to adopt ISO standards, and the technical level of the standards is in line with international standards, filling the gap in the previous domestic ice and snow sporting goods standards, which is conducive to standardizing and promoting the independent development of China's ice and snow sporting goods industry, cultivating and publicizing national brands, meeting the people's pursuit of high-quality life, and improving the international competitiveness of domestic ice and snow sporting goods.

It is reported that the 16 national standards for ice and snow sports supplies include 5 ice hockey sports protective equipment standards and 11 snow sports equipment standards, and the standard formulation pays attention to the normative requirements of comfort, safety and green environmental protection of related products. Among them, the ice hockey sports protective gear series standards combine the characteristics of ice hockey sports, put forward the normative requirements for product design based on ergonomics to meet the comfort of products, and clarify the normative requirements for green environmental protection such as the use of harmless materials and the harmless production process. At the same time, the standard regulates the main performance indicators and detection methods of the protection of various parts of the human body for the hazards and injury risks that may be involved in factors such as different positions of personnel (athletes and related participants) on the ice hockey field, different protection priorities and the behavior habits of users of different human body parts, thereby reducing the potential risk of ice hockey sports, and providing an important guarantee for the product quality of ice hockey sports protectors and the safety of ice hockey enthusiasts.

In addition, 11 national standards for snow sports equipment such as skis, alpine ski poles and travel poles, ski snowboard holders and installation areas, travel skis and Trima snowboard fixer interfaces, systematically regulate the terminology and classification of sports, key component functions, technical requirements, test methods, etc., provide product quality standards for production enterprises, provide inspection and supervision basis for testing institutions and market supervision departments, and help to ensure the personal safety of ski enthusiasts.
