According to the Tianyancha App, Beijing Zhimi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2014 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and the legal representative is Su Jun, the founder and CEO of Zhimi Technology, and the business scope includes entrusting the processing of electrical appliances and lighting appliances; selling self-developed products; product design, etc. Shareholder information shows that Xiaomi co-founder and senior vice president Liu De is the company's suspected actual controller, holding 95%; Su Jun is the second largest shareholder, holding 5% of the shares.
