Previously, we found that Tesla Semi is being tested at the Nevada factory, but recently according to sources, mass production of the truck has begun, which also means that the delivery time of the Semi truck may be earlier than we expected.
Although Tesla claims that mass production of the Semi has been postponed until 2023, a video on a foreign video website (the video was placed on Station B and WeChat Weibo) shows the semi truck performing a variety of operations, including rapid acceleration, turning and circling the test status. The SEMI, which is being tested, is different from the Tesla Semi previously found near the Nevada plant, without any transportation department stickers or manufacturer license plates, according to sources. The sources also said that the Tesla Semi is now in mass production, but deliveries won't start until 2023 at the earliest.
At the moment, there should be two uses for this part of the Semi produced at Giga Nevada, which we suspect should be, on the one hand, they can be tested in the real world and transport something between Tesla's manufacturer's factories in Nevada and California. On the other hand, they may be delivered to PepsiCo, which had previously expected to receive its first products by the end of 2021.
