A "Pretender" takes us into the period of the Republic of China, when there are many parties, and the Ming Lou in the play takes us to witness what is the real pretender, who has a triple identity, constantly wandering around various occasions, obtaining intelligence and passing on messages between identities.
He has been lurking in the enemy's forces, just to let everyone get out of the darkness, run to the light, and fight all his life for his revolutionary original intention, idealism.
And there is a spy in history, like the prototype of the Ming Lou, who has wandered between five parties all his life and constantly changed his identity for the belief in his heart, he is Yuan Shu.
The germ of the original revolutionary heart
Yuan Shu, born in 1911 in Huanggang Puchun, his real name is Yuan Xueyi, he has had many names in his life, played many roles, his father's name is Yuan Xiaolan, is a talent, young is to participate in the League, once for the revolutionary activities almost ruined.
Therefore, Yuan Xueyi's childhood can be said to be very difficult. In order to let Yuan Xueyi read, Yuan Xiaolan asked his friends to introduce him to Rieter College, where Yuan Xueyi joined a group called "Black Youth".
Later, due to the beginning of the "May Thirtieth" Movement, Yuan Xueyi participated in the great parade at that time, when he officially changed his name to Yuan Shu, and at this time he was only 14 years old, when his father's friend Hu Baoyi, a commander of the Kuomintang army, brought Yuan Shu into the Kuomintang and let him serve as a secretary at his side. However, after the April 12 incident, Yuan Shu was purged from the party by Chiang Kai-shek, so he returned to Shanghai.
Returning to Shanghai, Yuan Shu went to Japan to study with the help of his father, at which time Yuan Shu was exposed to many advanced ideas that he had never touched before, enriched his knowledge, and broadened his insights. During his study abroad, he had the opportunity to come into contact with Marxist books and developed a goal for them.
After returning to China after completing his studies, he actively devoted himself to the revolutionary cause, during which he met Pan Hannian, and when he was 20 years old, he officially joined the Chinese Communist Party after Pan Hannian's introduction, after which he began his "spy career".
Changing identities
In order to be able to successfully break into the central unification, Yuan Shu asked his cousin Jia Botao to lead him, and soon he successfully entered the central unification, and met the boss of the central unification, Wu Xingya, who was reused, and then he became a spy of the central unification.
Because Yuan Shu was talented and wise, and his performance in all aspects was excellent, Wu Xingya trusted him even more, so he recommended her to join the news agency as a reporter, and at a press conference, he met the Japanese consul Iwai Eiichi.
This seemed to be an opportunity for Yuan Shu, there were very few journalists who could speak Japanese at that time, and it just so happened that he had experience in studying abroad, and Iwai Eiichi was very appreciative of him, so he wanted to win Yuan Shu to work for him.
In order to obtain important information from the Japanese side, Yuan Shu agreed to Iwai's suggestion, and with the help of the Japanese consul, he entered the Japanese intelligence agency.
In order to obtain a large amount of information from the Central Command, the Japanese also regularly gave Yuan Shu 200 yuan a month as his "communication fee". On the other hand, because of this status, he better provided important information on the Japanese side to the Communist Party, and at the same time handed over all the communication fees in his hands to the organization to alleviate the problem of organizational funds.
In the next two years, he continued to pass on the intelligence of the Japanese army to the CCP and the Central Command, which made Wu Xingya more reassuring and important to him, and his position in the Central Unification Intelligence Office was unshakable.
In order to obtain more information, Yuan Shu joined the Qinghong Gang, gained the trust of Cao Youshan, and was accepted as a disciple of the Closed Gate, and could even be on the same level as the Tu Emperor Du Yuesheng.
In 1935, due to the emergence of the "Strange WesternErs Case", the military command agents arrested Lu Haifanghe, at this time Yuan Shu was confessed, later arrested, and sentenced to two years in prison for cultural crimes, Yuan Xiaolan knew that his son was arrested, rushed to Chen Lifu for help, with the help of Chen Lifu, Yuan Shu was released, but during the days of arrest he thought he was at ease.
There is no need for authorities to exhaust themselves, and they are separated from each other in order to obtain intelligence. The ease at this time is beyond the imagination of others, and this is also the most comfortable life for Yuan Shu in recent years.
After his release from prison, Yuan Shu needed to recuperate due to physical reasons, and at this time, he had no intention of wandering in the life of a spy, so he decided to continue his studies in Japan. Two years later, Yuan Shucai returned to China again, and after returning to China, he once again entered the Central Unification and contacted the CCP Feng Xuefeng, so that he could continue to provide intelligence to his upper line.
Later, due to the Lugou Bridge incident, the military commander Dai Kasa asked to meet with Yuan Shu, Yuan Shu knew that something was wrong, so he reported to the CCP's line, Pan Hannian gave instructions, asking Yuan Shu to take this opportunity to break into the military command, and at this time Dai Kasa thought that Yuan Shu was a smart man and wanted him to do things for him, so he officially classified him into the military command. Since then, Yuan Shu has gathered five identities, and he is only 26 years old at this time.
Bumpy old age
In the years that followed, he played different roles, completing the work of passing on information again and again, and he was always in the midst of a rain of bullets.
However, with the occurrence of the "Pan Hannian Incident", as his direct line, Yuan Shu was implicated, and was arrested and imprisoned for the second time, and was not released from prison until 1967.
I know that when he was released from prison, it was a special period, because of Yuan Shu's multiple identities, he was regarded as a traitor, and Yuan Shu, who had just been released, was imprisoned again.
After Yuan Shu's arrest, his wife raised the child alone, during which he also suffered various intimidation, and took sleeping pills under the condition of exhaustion.
In prison, Yuan Shu was tortured. After his release from prison, his mental state was also in a trance, but he applied to the organization for an investigation, determined to wash away his grievances and remove the title of "traitor".
Many years later, Yuan Shu finally succeeded in rehabilitation, and at this time he finally reverted to the party again. And the grievances that have been suffered for decades have finally come to fruition.
After that, Yuan Shu returned to Pan Hannian's hometown to see his former friends and missed the ups and downs he had experienced. In the end, he wrote an article called "Traces Reprinting Jiangnan Road" to remember the past.
Yuan Shu died of illness in Beijing in 1987 and was buried in the Babaoshan Martyrs Cemetery. Thus ended his bumpy, surprising life.
epilogue
Yuan Shu's life was constantly wandering between the five identities, for the sake of national righteousness, for his yearning for the era of peace, he gave up his name, identity, even if he was criticized and wronged, he resolutely believed that the state would uphold justice for him.
For the sake of his faith, for the survival of the country, he always sought justice and stayed away from darkness. He is an excellent member of our party and an excellent intelligence officer of the CPC, and his life is worthy of our admiration.
In Yuan Shu's heart, he wanted everyone to know that he was not a person with five-fold identity, he was just a member of the Chinese Communist Party, a person loyal to the country.
