We all know that whether it is ancient or modern society, family lineage can affect people's lives, the importance is self-evident, having a good family lineage is equal to half the success, which is not a joke. In fact, in the harem of the Qing Dynasty, the foundation of the concubines is also the family lineage, the family lineage can get a high position, and even be an empress, otherwise you can only wander at the bottom, but there are exceptions to everything, Jiaqing harem has a woman from a rich family, but for a long time not to be pampered, but did 22 years of constant presence, she is a concubine.

1. Daughter of the Eight Banners
Concubine Su of the Guarjia clan, a Manchurian yellow flag man, was born on the 21st day of the first month of the 50th year of Qianlong, and was the daughter of a first-class Xinyong Gong'an Ying.
As we all know, the Qing Dynasty had five founding ministers, namely Er Yidu, Fei Yingdong, Hu Erhan, An Fei Yanggu and He Heli. This person named Fei Yingdong was the direct ancestor of the An Concubine Su Guanguarjia clan.
It is said that as early as 1588, the chief of the Su complete department, Solgo, led his son Fei Yingdong and other five hundred families to submit to Nurhaci, at that time, Fei Yingdong was only 25 years old, it can be said that he was young and promising, heroic and good at war. It is said that Fei Yingdong's strength was very large, he could pull open the bow of more than ten stones, known as "ten thousand enemies", and because of his loyalty and bluntness, he was valued by Nurhaci, who not only granted him the position of first-class minister, but also married his eldest granddaughter (Chu Ying's daughter) to him, thus Fei Yingdong became a donkey.
Since then, Fei Yingdong has been fighting on the battlefield, and has been a horseman for more than thirty years, with a history of military merit, and for his merits, he was awarded the title of First Class Gong, that is, the First Class Xin Yong Gong, and deserved to enjoy the Taimiao Temple.
Moreover, Fei Yingdong had a particularly capable son, named Tu Lai, who had participated in key battles such as the Battle of Dalinghe, the Battle of Songjin, and the Battle of Shanhaiguan, and after the Qing army entered the pass, Tu Lai led a large army south, followed the Prince of Yu Duo duo to attack Tongguan, and later captured the Southern Ming Hongguang Emperor and The Longwu Emperor, and was awarded the title of First Class Duke for his merits.
After emperor Taiji's death, Turai was suppressed by Dorgon because he succeeded to the throne by Hauge the Prince of Lisu, and was once knighted after his death, and Yongzheng posthumously awarded him the title of Duke of Xiongyong of the First Rank.
At first, Turai belonged to the yellow flag, and later changed to the positive yellow flag.
As a result, the Fei Yingdong family had two dukes, which became the two concubines of the Fei Yingdong family: one distributed in the yellow flag, inheriting the Dukedom of Xinyong of Fei Yingdong; and the other distributed in the Zhenghuang Banner, inheriting the Xiongyong Dukedom of Fei Yingdong's son Turai.
Fei Yingdong's younger son, named Chakani, after Fei Yingdong, the title of Duke of Xinyong was transferred several times and even passed to Chakani's head. Since then, the duke has begun to inherit the chakani tribe, and this named Chakani is the sixth ancestor of the concubine.
In addition, Fei Yingdong had a nephew who was more famous than him, that is, Ao Bai, the assistant chancellor in the early years of the Kangxi Dynasty.
Concubine An's father's name was AnNing, but because he avoided the name of Emperor Xuanzong (Emperor Daoguang), he changed his name to An Ying. In the fifth year of Jiaqing, An Ying inherited the title of First Class Xin Yong Duke of his ancestors, and was promoted from a fourth class bodyguard to a second class bodyguard. In addition, Concubine An had an older brother named Shenggui, who later inherited her father's dukedom and held the position of general of Heilongjiang.
From the above point of view, An Concubine's origin can be said to be quite good: the ancestor was the founding father of the Qing Dynasty, which is somewhat similar to jiaqing's successor Xiaoxiao and empress, but one thing we have to make clear is that the xiaohe empress family is on the edge of the branch in the Hongyi principality, and their family has long declined. However, An Concubine was different, she was a descendant of the Duke of Xinyong, and even in her generation, the Duke of Xinyong still passed on to his brother Sheng gui.
To tell the truth, as far as the birth of An Concubine is placed in the successive empresses of the Qing Dynasty, it is more than enough. In other words, it should be the material for the empress, but if we look at The Concubine's life, we must not think like this.
2. Reigned for twenty-two years
In the second year of Jiaqing, Jiaqing ordered the first eight flags draft since succeeding to the throne, in which six flag women were selected. Two of them were dedicated by Jiaqing to the Taishang Emperor Qianlong, and they were the later Jin concubines and Shou Guiren.
In other words, at that time, Qianlong was already an old man who was nearly ninety years old, and he could not live for a few years, and you gave him a teenage girl, which was not obviously a little girl in the pit, but in order to please the Emperor Taishang, Jiaqing really made it.
In addition to Concubine Jin and Shou Guiren, in the second year of Jiaqing's draft, four flag girls were selected, and these four were entered into the palace in two batches.
The first batch was at the end of the second year of Jiaqing, and the people who entered the palace were jade nobles and chun nobles, and the second batch was in March of the third year of Jiaqing, and the people who entered the palace were xingui and An Changzai.
Everyone saw that among the four newcomers who entered the palace from the second year of Jiaqing to the third year of Jiaqing, three were given the title of nobleman, and only An Concubine was given the title of Changzai.
What is even more puzzling is that this is the first and last time that An Concubine was given the title in Jiaqing, that is to say, from the time Jiaqing was given the title of An Chang in the third year, until the death of the Jiaqing Emperor in the twenty-fifth year of Jiaqing, An Concubine's position was always constant.
For this reason, many people suspected that Concubine An was a clothed woman from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and was later elected to the palace as a palace maid, and was favored by the Jiaqing Emperor before she was sealed. Because under normal circumstances, the first seal of the Eight Flags Banner Woman entering the palace is at least a noble person, while the initial seal of An Concubine is only permanent.
After learning about An Concubine's family lineage, it is even more confusing, Why was An Concubine born in the leading family of the Eight Banners, why was she snubbed by the Jiaqing Emperor? So much so that for 22 years, she was only a permanent presence, and the Jiaqing Emperor's successive canonizations were not related to her.
Of course, since the Jiaqing harem archives are not very public, we do not know whether An Concubine has been demoted, and if she has indeed been demoted, it is easier to understand.
3. He was honored by Daoguang
In August of the 25th year of Jiaqing, the Daoguang Emperor, who had just succeeded to the throne, honored the concubines of the Jiaqing Emperor, and An Chang was honored as An Concubine.
We all know that under normal circumstances, when the newly succeeded emperor honors the concubines of the former emperor, he will only be promoted to one level, and very few are promoted to two levels in a row, after all, the situation of the noble concubines of the Jingmin Emperor and the concubines of the Emperor Gongshun is that few people can have it, and the two of them are only individual cases.
Perhaps the Daoguang Emperor also couldn't bear his father's arrangement for An Concubine's name, so he overtook her rank and honored her, crossed the nobles, and directly honored her as An Concubine. After all, Daoguang is an emperor who attaches great importance to his birth, and his father does not pay attention to it, he can pay attention to it.
An Concubine Book:
"Star Hub Table Ray. Yi De taught in Zi Ting. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Zeng Fanghua Yu Tong Shi. Zai Ji Mao Dian. With the Ben Hongzhang. Emperor Kao'an was often in the Suguan Guarjia clan. Yu quality soft Jia. Be respectful. Words and deeds. The rope is walking without hesitation. Wen Hui handed over the repair. Be exemplary and respectful. It is advisable to show the number. Style. I would like to honor him as the concubine of the Emperor Kao An. Yu drama. Huiteng elephant tube. Qing Xi envied the zhen. Fan is dressed in Zhai clothes. The Collection of Delights. Sincerely. ”
After that, there is another record about An Concubine:
In the ninth year of Daoguang, the Daoguang Emperor returned to Shengjing to worship his ancestors, accompanied by four empress concubines, namely Empress Gongci (Empress Xiaoherui), Empress Dowager (Empress Xiaoshencheng), Concubine An, and Concubine Quan.
Among these four concubines, the empress and all the concubines were the concubines of the Daoguang Emperor, and it was more reasonable for Gong Ci to move forward as the empress dowager, but as the concubine of the former emperor, why was he also in the ranks of the concubines? Under normal circumstances, the emperor would not take the concubines of the former emperor on tour.
Originally, the princes who the Daoguang Emperor paid tribute to this time were: Yue Tuo, the King of Keqin County, Yang Guli the King of Wuxun, Fei Yingdong, the Duke of Zhiyi, and the Duke of Hongyi.
Among them, Hongyi Gong'e was also the ancestor of Empress Gongci (Empress Xiaoherui), and Zhiyi Gongfei Yingdong was the ancestor of An Concubine, which was the reason why the Daoguang Emperor took An Concubine with him, and let her go back to worship her ancestors.
On June 27, 1717, Concubine An died in the palace at the age of 53, and a month later, she was buried in the Changling Concubine Garden.
Zichen said:
An Concubine can be said to be the most mysterious concubine in Jiaqing Harem, she has an empress-level origin, but she has been in the position for twenty-two years, why is she so disgusted by Jiaqing? This has become a mystery. Hopefully, a new archive will be made public to unravel the mystery of Concubine An's fall from favor.
