The meeting elected members, secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Standing Committee of the 13th Jiang'an District Committee of the CPC Wuhan City. By secret ballot, the meeting elected 11 comrades, including Yao Bin, Yu Zhicheng, Liang Huayong, Liu Jian, Tan Dongsheng, Zhou Lan, Xiang Hailin, Sun Qing, Ye Xiaofei, Xiong Jun, and Zhu Gongwei, as members of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee, Yao Bin as secretary of the district party committee, and Yu Zhicheng and Liang Huayong as deputy secretaries of the district party committee. The meeting adopted the report on the election results of the first plenary session of the 13th Discipline Inspection Commission of Jiang'an District of Wuhan City of the Communist Party of China.

On behalf of the new leading body of the district party committee, Yao Bin made a solemn commitment to the vast number of party members, cadres and masses throughout the region.
Yao Bin said that from now on, the thirteenth district party committee has officially taken over the "baton" of history, and under the strong leadership of the party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, it is necessary to adhere to the "two establishments", enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidence", achieve "two safeguards", conscientiously implement the work requirements of the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee, bravely undertake the mission, forge ahead, strive to be the vanguard of wuhan's high-quality development, and comprehensively create a new situation in the socialist modernization construction on the riverbank. There are five key areas to set an example:

Have the courage to innovate and make breakthroughs, boldly explore and continuously innovate in building the "531" modern industrial system, optimizing the business environment, improving the functional quality of urban areas, promoting the modernization of urban governance, creating a strong cultural area, ensuring the improvement of people's livelihood, strengthening grass-roots party building and social governance innovation, and promoting various work to be at the forefront of the city, the province and even the whole country. Dare to overcome difficulties, speed up the completion of shortcomings and weaknesses, focus on solving a number of difficult problems restricting the high-quality development of the riverbank, solve a number of pain points that the people are concerned about, and promote the socialist modernization of the riverbank to go steady and far.
★ He should set an example in planting deeply for the people's feelings and improving the well-being of the people. Resolutely stand firm on the stand of the masses, consciously practice the people-centered development thinking, always want to be together with the people, work together, and constantly meet the new expectations of the people on the riverbank for a better life. Enhance unity in the pursuit of the cause, give better play to the role of the district party committee in taking charge of the overall situation and coordinating all parties, support the people's congress, the government, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the courts, and the procuratorate in performing their duties, give full play to the advantages and roles of democratic parties, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and non-party personages, and gather the magnificent forces that promote the high-quality development of the riverbank. At the meeting, Yao Bin also stressed that at present, we must give prominence to the four key tasks that we must do well: We must do a good job in the closing battle, strive to open the door, maintain the state and style of "fighting for the truth," ensure that all targets are hard-settled and successfully concluded, plan and do a good job in next year's work in advance, and strive to achieve a good start in the first quarter of next year.
